The furniture itself is amazing, and the sales people are very good at selling you items. However.... after sales customer service is awful. I got told 2 week delivery time for a bench and 2 dining chairs, only after calling 3 times I found out that the delivery date had never been changed from November. On the phone all I got told was it would be delivered in 2 weeks, and that my items are in the warehouse - after insisting (and out right demanding) to know where my items were, they phoned the warehouse, who then called me saying they would be delivered in November. The issue was finally rectified but only after I had to sort it out myself.
All in all, if you haven't heard anything about delivery dates - it's probably because the store has made a mistake, then lied to you about it hoping you'll just leave it alone.

Our second trip to Furniture village in as many weeks. Yet again Mo did us proud, as we purchased a new sofa and lamp.
Mo clearly knows his stuff and was able to facilitate the best offer.

Excellent, explained everything clear

Brilliant service they are helpful and the sofa is comfortable.

I do not know how the sofa is showing as delivered online because what was brought in did not meet specification and was taken back by the delivery team. I have tried to make calls to know what next and I have not been able to speak with anyone who can help. Was put on hold for a long time, finally got through to the store and was promised call will be returned, did not get a call back.
I need to know when I will get the order please

Lovely experience in the shop yesterday ordering a new sofa. Felt completely relaxed and wasn't immediately jumped on by a salesperson. When a gentleman did approach, Shak, he was very polite.
Shak offered us coffee whilst he explained the sofa we liked, the prices, colours and the cover plan etc. We were very pleased with our choice of sofa and felt in no way pressured into a sale. Choosing a new sofa is quite a hard process, there's so much choice!
Very good customer service from Shak. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive 😊.

I have recently bought a very expensive sofa and new wardrobes around the £6000 mark and found the service second to none and recently bought a new rug to go with our sofa when it arrives

We have just bought an absolutely beautiful dining table from Furniture Village, and we couldn’t be happier with both the table and the experience we had in store.

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village. A huge part of this was due to Shak, who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Shak gave us excellent, useful advice and never rushed us into making any decisions. Shak helped us to choose suitable sofas that suited our budget and gave us lots of options on features - we also choose beds, which again Shak took time to explain our options with bed frames, mattresses and headboards. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and we look forward to having the furniture delivered!
