Furniture Village - Leicester Reviews 

Went to browse for sofas at Furniture Village Leicester and ended up buying a sofa on the same day thanks to the excellent and honest customer service we received. There was no pushy sales tactics from Paddy which is what encouraged us to come back near closing time. And Mohsin was also outstanding and completed our sale and paperwork patiently, carefully answering any questions even beyond the store closing time. Well done to both Paddy and Mohsin. We will definitely recommend Furniture Village Leicester and it will be our first choice for future furniture shopping.

Visited the store in Leicester today. We had a great visit that was extremely informative with a great selection of furniture. A special shout needs to go to Ash (Prakash). He was extremely informative, patient and good humoured.

Paddy was very welcoming and gave us the right amount of guidence whilst also allowing us freedom to explore and come to our own conclusion

Mo was a great help in finding us a new dining table, made everything straight forward and simple.

We had a fabulous experiance from the second we walked into the door. We were greeted by Latha who immediately took care of oir children, offered us all a drink and cetered to all our needs. She was concise with her jnformstion and offered us a great deal on the settee set we needed.

We were looking for a new mattress,we were not rushed in any way,and allowed to try a large variety of types, Ash the sales assistant was very helpfull,and very knowledgeable and we are very happy with our choice

Shop very well layed out and very helpful staff

Mohsin was extremely helpful and informative. He had the balance perfect for giving space to wander round and when to support us so we didn't feel pressured at all. He found exactly what we were looking for and went through everything professionally

Good knowledgable and friendly staff

My experience at furniture village was great ! Mohsin (sale consultant) was a very good adviser, very kind and friendly. We’re delighted with our new bed. Thank you!

The furniture itself is amazing, and the sales people are very good at selling you items. However.... after sales customer service is awful. I got told 2 week delivery time for a bench and 2 dining chairs, only after calling 3 times I found out that the delivery date had never been changed from November. On the phone all I got told was it would be delivered in 2 weeks, and that my items are in the warehouse - after insisting (and out right demanding) to know where my items were, they phoned the warehouse, who then called me saying they would be delivered in November. The issue was finally rectified but only after I had to sort it out myself.
All in all, if you haven't heard anything about delivery dates - it's probably because the store has made a mistake, then lied to you about it hoping you'll just leave it alone.

Our second trip to Furniture village in as many weeks. Yet again Mo did us proud, as we purchased a new sofa and lamp.
Mo clearly knows his stuff and was able to facilitate the best offer.

Excellent, explained everything clear

Brilliant service they are helpful and the sofa is comfortable.

I do not know how the sofa is showing as delivered online because what was brought in did not meet specification and was taken back by the delivery team. I have tried to make calls to know what next and I have not been able to speak with anyone who can help. Was put on hold for a long time, finally got through to the store and was promised call will be returned, did not get a call back.
I need to know when I will get the order please
