Raj was amazing and did a great deal for me

we were able to deal with the same person (Anthony in Watford) throughout, when I initially visited on my lunch break then when I came back with my husband to choose a mattress. he talked us through every option and really took the time to help us make the right choice for us and our home.

They welcomed us warmly and were friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend them 100%—the customer service was brilliant.

Always our go to when we want good quality furniture. A special shout out to Mira at Watford, she was excellent so thank you very much.

The gentleman went out if his way to find the chair I was looking for..I knew it wasn't at yr store. I had a piece of fabric I wanted to match. He found the chair and the colour. I bought it in shop rather than on line. He was polite and courteous. Have bought lots of furniture at the watford store and always had a good experience.

I have been offered a replacement sofa as mine is fault on day one. They have kindly said if the replacement has the same issues i can have a refund on both sofas. Im hoping it will not come to that. The person i spoke to was very helpful.
