Secure and smart

Secure and smart. But I got a stress experience when click next, some slow like a hang. However, when I quitted, platform detected issue then it brought me back to FWD again to continue on fill up application until done, that’s nice.

Coerced by tears

Frankly speaking, I was subjected to relentless psychological coercion and entrapped, leaving me on choice but to purchase insurance against my will, with tears streaming down. It was an agonizing and deeply harrowing experience.

Great Products & Experience

As a expat living in Thailand with Thai family, this is by most best products I had encounter and ease of using the Company website is excellent.

Still has website errors

It's too many steps to proceed, and I have to put effort 3 times with quite waste times to key in for buying the policy that the first 2 times had website errors!! However, I like about web designation which has user friendly more than other competitor's websites.
