The webapp does not maintain its state well. No way to go back to previous screens. I think there is a bug when typing id card no (the second textbox). Payment, when incorrect payment info was entered and the payment was not successful I needed to restart the whole process from the very beginning. The save button is useless. The way to recall the saved info was not present.
