Over the past few years, I have purchased a number of products from FysioSupplies and my experience has always been very positive!
Some positive points:
- very clear communication regarding purchase and delivery details
- prompt and timely 'next day' delivery service
- good quality products, product photography and description accurately represents the product
- customer service via telephone was exceptional. I had an issue regarding the size of my fitball (this was my own mistake). The customer service staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating.
