Easy provisioning journey, Will was pleasant wo work with on planning. Tommy and Jaimie did a super good job with instillation which took just under 3h despite poor weather. Great speed in first tests. Recommended.

G NETWORK had assigned Lewis (I forgot to ask his surname) to do an installation for us. Lewis
1. Called me to alert me about his arrival time.
2. Arrived on time (as he anticipated).
3. Asked me questions about the task to familiarise himself with the site, the equipment needed for installation, and the tools to complete his task.
4. he set to work as soon as he reviewed the site and installation matters.
5. He worked without a break, guiding me through almost every step of the way.
6. He answered my questions very patiently.
7. he has the friendliest disposition and a customer-assisting personality.
Other field technicians, engineers, and customer service individuals ought to learn from him about how to prioritise customers' requests. Thank you, G Network and thank you Lewis.
