I took a 3‑month package with 100 Mbps, but the service has been extremely disappointing. The network drops frequently, and even mobile connectivity is very poor. Every time there’s an issue, I have to call customer care — but no one responds. This is unacceptable, especially for working professionals who rely on stable internet. Kindly avoid this network if you value reliability and proper support. (Area - Neeladri nagar, electronic City phase 1, Bangalore 560100) Verry poor service please don't trust. Excellent communication from Janet at HQ to schedule the appointment and follow-up with details. And today Andrew was at the flat, on time and straight into the installation. He did a brilliant job of connecting from Ground to 3rd floor flat, neat and tidy cabling, checking with me throughout, and the fibre is connected and I'm already enjoying the 1Gbps downloads. Very smooth experience.

Lawrence installed my wifi today, very kind and respectful. Installed the WiFi with minimum damage to the building used existing holes and was very mindful of the listed building. I have pets at home and he was very mindful of them and very friendly with the animals, everything went very smoothly wifi was working instantly. Thanks so much Lawrence !

When it works it works. When it doesn’t work that where you start discovering an absent customer support (never reply to emails you have to call them to get answers). We’ve had severe disruption on our broadband and have been chasing for weeks to get the final outcome resolved.

I had a reply from G. Network from a person named Ahmed. It seems the person has not even looked at the emails/ phone calls I made to G.network, I have an email to prove that G.network totally did wrong to cancel services. I have email 17/7/26 from Cheryl billing team of G.network admitting the services should have been running appropriately till 1/10/26. Customer services are very well aware of it, yet they stopped services from 9/8/26 for 2 weeks! I hope this time they look into the matter carefully& reply to me. No broadband supplier can be paid when they disrupt services as they wish!!

It was a very big job and Jason, Kam and German did it without any issues, they were kind and respectful, they really did an amazing job. They were here from morning until late afternoon and left everything sorted.

Hi, I recently picked g network as I just moved into a new house and actually picked a competitor hyperoptic. However they took a large amount of time for install and would even respond to me, upon deciding to go with g network the difference is light and day. As soon as I ordered service was amazing, was called straight away and then provided what needed to be done. When the engineer came to install they were, quick, professional, knowledgeable and great all round. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for internet

Today we had to recive the wifi and we got an amazing worker called Jamie Walford, out neighborhood had some problems with the router so he went and search for the other one that than worked, before that tho we also had a probelm connecting and he had no esitation to help even more that he should have.
Amazing service and amazing guy.

Jamie Walford arrived at 9am and handled our job very competently. He managed to hide the wiring very nicely under our full length mirrors and sorted all issues. Happy with the result. Thanks Jamie! 💪😎

We live in a block away from the pavement where fibre optic is embedded and for years we had been struggling with the obsolete ADSL Internet connection. G.Network had visited our location several times and tried their best to provide us with their fibre optic connection. Thanks to their diligence and hardworking, they have successfully eliminated all the obstacles in the end. Now all the residents in the block are having the fast Internet connection with great enjoyment. A massive thank you to the G.Network!

Both engineers ,german and Jermaine who exceptionally helpful, polite and very knowledgeable a pleasurable experience, they made it seemless
