The game just doesnt run, all downloads appear to have gone through OK but the game just doesnt run, no error messages just a MS screen asking me which version I would like from a compare list.

I am emailing game support at the moment trying to ascertain what the hell is happening. Not good for a game I pre-ordered 2-3 months ago and now find it is reduced from what I paid only to discover it wont run.

Awful experience. They had a banner advertising if you ordered crimson desert by 9pm you would get next day delivery. It said nothing about having to pay for the delivery, I tried to cancel my order but magically 5 mins after sending them an email the order was processing so it could not be cancelled. So now I have a game I wanted on day of release arriving by next Wednesday and I then have to send it back even though it is your false advertising that got me in this mess in the first place!

Very disappointed as a damaged item was delivered, and it has cost me an additional £4.99 in postage to return the item.

Bought a “mint” copy of a ps4 game online, while it arrived quickly the game was sealed with security protected stickers (A control copy of the game) - incredibly scratched up and had three (3) different prices on the case. The case also arrived covered in dirt - despite being sent in adequate packaging.

The disc is loose inside the case which is dented and heavily scratched. I have not unsealed the item due to knowing that GAME will unlikely accept a return if I do so.

If I wanted a game in this condition I would have purchased it second hand, elsewhere as GAME should no longer stock them (or so I was lead to believe).

They send toys but they always wreck the packerging.holes in things.stuff bent.they not intrested neither.avoid.dont buy anything if you want packerging in 1 piece.

I ordered a memory card, shipped on 10March still not here on 15th March. Will buy in store going goward

Ordered two supposedly brand new items. One of which was dirt and second-hand. The other was unsealed and I haven't looked any further.

Next day worked very well for me and I have always loved Game.
