Fantastic product which was delivered…
Fantastic product which was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I was concerned it was going to be too heavy with the wheels and the rucksack not comfortable but it sits very well on my back and is comfortable. It would have been useful to have a drinks bottle holder on the side and perhaps the foam flaps make it a bit awkward to pack initially but once you have a few items inside it holds the sides back.

Delivery problem sorted out quickly
I did not receive this item, but since completing this review I have had a very quick response and found out they only had part of my address. They are now sending me a replacement order.

Great service - ordered an item, needed it fast. Emailed to see if they could get it to me quicker and of course offered to pay the extra. They upgraded the delivery and called me to let me know the item was on its way... so friendly too

I emailed to let you know and had a very quick and apologetic response by phone.
Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock.
I am waiting for it to be back in stock and then to be delivered.
