Horrific experience and a waste of money
Spent €412 with this company but less than half of the order arrived and I haven’t received any response from their customer service team. Of the plants that DID arrive, my 25 lavender plants were all entirely dead - absolutely no chance of them coming back to life - and the rest were in dire conditions also. Will be making a complaint to the European trade commission unless I hear from the company & receive a refund in the next couple of days.
Seriously, don't bother.
Seriously, don't waste your money. We've just received 2 of the 3 plants we ordered... One missing with no explanation. The two we have got literally look like the most unhealthy plants I've ever seen... The kind you wall past in the garden centre and think 'as if anyone will but that' to yourself! Don't bother, spend a little more and get what you actually pay for!
I'm shocked at the poor customer…
I'm shocked at the poor customer service. 15 lavender plants arrived late in stinking hot water, having spent days in a van. They were brown and roots all curled. Two roses, one arrived broken, no trace of second rose. Little bulbs all broken and falling through holes in pack, other short changed in number. Despite repeated attempts to contact this company by email when I receive an automated response, or phone which advises me to email via yet another automated response. It's difficult to kill lavender plants. I need a refund or a replacement, have emailed photos already. I doubt I will receive either a refund or a healthy replacement. I have no choice but to refer this complaint now to EU online trading regulator. If you are running an online business, you simply must provide customer service. That means you take care of customers when an order arrives broken, missing or destroyed or short. It is the very least because it is upsetting to receive anything in this condition. Huge failure and erodes trust. I'm also pretty appalled to notice your facebook responses, where they exist, refers to SARSCOV 11 as rationale for lack of response and late response. This is EGREGIOUS. If your trading has increased, so too must your staff rationale. I'll be boycotting every single company that blames lack of or zero customer service to Covid 19 because I have seen too many people die alone gasping for breath. Appalling and disrespectful.

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company! I tried to contact the Customer Service team several times and am yet to receive a response. The grasses they sent had four green blades which worked out over one pound per blade of grass. The Osteospernum they sent was dead on arrival and watering and feeding it over the last week has not revived it. I was attracted to the website because of the price of the plants, but my advice would be to go to a garden centre or local seller so you can see what you are buying as the photos bear absolutely no resemblance to the plant you receive.

I bought 2 plants that were in a box…
I bought 2 plants that were in a box for a week because wrong address was put on box from seller ! It cost me 30 euro ! And they didn’t care about it ! No refund offered me 30% which I’m still at a loss
Never again
Great service
Great service. excellent plant condition when delivered will definitely order again!
Dead on arrival.
Some dead on arrival, others so small I couldn't even see them in the soil. Customer service couldn't have cared less. Told me the value was 'in the roots' and they would be 'fine next year'. I can't even see any roots. £100 down the drain. Have never come across a company that deliberately supplies defective goods and tries to get away with it.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered 25 lavender plants at a cost of £37, only 5 turned up in a dire state. So small and only 1 looks like it'll survive, diabolical packaging and all soil everywhere. IF we had all 25 and not 5 it still would of been a rip off. Numerous emails, no response. Wife paid on credit card so will try a section 75 to get money back hopefully. Terrible customer service :-(
Thank you for your reply. We have our purchased new plants so if you can refund I would be very grateful, however neither the Wife not myself have had a reply through our personal emails?
We are still awaiting a refund gardens4you ?

DEAD PLANTS - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
I ordered Blackberries but all the plans are dead and will not recover. I email their customer service 3 times and nothing back. I have tried to call them and nothing back.
Best for you to just go order somewhere else.
These guys are a big con.

Be warned before using this Company
Please be warned any one thinking of using this Company "DONT"
I ordered 5 small conifers and got delivered 6 bags of potting soil, they are not interested at all in maybe they made a mistake and it clearly was my fault this error was made according to them. I wish Id taken a screen shot of my purchase but unfortunately didn't, they also did not send me a sales/purchase email after the transaction. I didn't know of the issue until the delivery was done. They will not collect this potting soil to return it and to refund my money unless I pay for the return myself.
You do not seem to be able to call them only to contact them via email.
Bad customer service and an awful experience.

So disappointed at what arrived today
So disappointed at what arrived today. I was under the impression from gardens 4you website That I was getting an established. What I got was a pot with some soil in and a stick. Thank goodness it came in a plastic bag or most of the soil would have been in the box. No way was this thing value for money. It wasn't cheap and I certainly was not expecting to be growing the plant or waiting two seasons for it to establish itself if at all It is simply NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
I did check the reviews on their website before I ordered Og how I wish I had read the ones on here first
I have emailed them and asked for a returns form It is almost impossible to send a photo, as there is nothing to take a photo of. I do hope they are, as someone has said are quick to answer But as yet I have heard nothing Won't buy omline again

Wont be using again.
I ordered 8 plants to cheer up garden, being stuck in and unable to get to garden centres due to covid.
Well.. nothing cheery about them.
They may grow in a few years but definately not this year. Everything has come as either dry roots to plant or tiny saplings.
Im a gardener by hobby and to make things look pretty.. not a grow your own from scratch gardener. Really disappointed.
However customer services are fast in response.
Oh dear, I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
I ordered 2 buddleia and a hydrangea at a total cost of £26. It’ll be a miracle if any of them survive. They are tiny, twiggy and arrived with some of the leaves broken. One of them was bone dry and the other two barely damp. I was shocked how small they were. To be honest, I would say they are poor quality rooted cuttings and certainly not big enough to be called stand alone plants.
I’m soaking them for 24 hours in a hopeful attempt at reviving them, and will try and pot them on, as they are far too small to go in the garden and nothing like the pictures on their website. If they don’t survive, I’ll be asking for my money back. I probably will anyway as the condition of the plants are so poor, they are highly unlikely to grow into healthy shrubs.
Don’t go anywhere near this company. A total rip off!!

Bought 4 perennials at a cost of £24.60…
Bought 4 perennials at a cost of £24.60 arrived in terrible condition, black leaves and slimy, soaked in water and in plastic bags supposed to be mature plants, but were small and 2 were little more than plugs. Complained and sent photos, received a reply several days later offering 30% discount on 2 of the plants, they said that the others were fine
Don’t touch this company, plants are not fit for purpose and their condition was no where near acceptable
Wasnt sure about ordering but delighted…
Wasnt sure about ordering but delighted with my purchase of 3 magnolias 3 hydrangeas 2 wisteria and 3 passion flower. Every one of them arrived after 5 days, well packaged, well rooted and watered. All growth looked healthy. Would definitely order again.
