Really sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with your order.
After checking with our delivery provider, they advised that although it was scanned onto a vehicle on the requested day of delivery, some access restrictions meant they weren't able to deliver.
It's really disappointing that they didn't communicate this with yourself and us which is our standard process, and so I've escalated this issue with our account manager.

When checked with company told they would look into it and let me know
The following day the order turned up with no warning from company and my order was wrong ordered bulk bag of one thing and one of another received two of the same.

Great customer service , very good website easy to understand explained and description on point
Was able to choose a delivery date , my chosen date was just 3 days after placing my order because the price was so competitive. The driver phoned me to inform me he had arrived which was on the day I had chosen, was polite helpful and patient a great quality for a delivery driver placed the pallet as directed and very neatly. And the best was the fine composted bark that I had ordered wow perfect . On top off all this the delivery was free. Very happy with the service I received and the product purchased.

The soil was fine
The soil was fine, but the delivery driver left it on the verge as they had a hand fork lift and refused to go on my drive. In future I will only use hiab delivery.

Although delivery is only guaranteed kerb side, our delivery partners do try their best to position the delivery in the preferred place, however there are circumstances where this wont be possible, due to health and safety or concerns about damaging a customers property.
