He took time to listen to our queries before explaining everything clearly. He also followed up with an email with additional information he thought would be useful. 5 star service thank you.

I interviewed for property management role and while rejection could upset some people, I didn’t even get that far. I was through a recruiter and after a really positive interview with Jess I was told the second interview was cancelled. While I get decision were made I felt a strong candidate so I contacted Maria (head of property management) a few days later and was told she couldn’t take my call but would call me back. This looked a perfect opportunity for me, a genuine vibe from the outset with really positive first interview which led to an invite for second round. I’ve interviewed only for companies I genuinely felt were a good next career move, but here regardless of what happened with the recruiter I feel I personally would have managed this better.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexandra during my recent property search, and I cannot commend her highly enough. She proved to be exceptionally reliable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Avoid This Agency – Dishonest, Unfair, and Exploitative

If you’re considering renting through this agency, think twice. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare—filled with dishonesty, unfair treatment, and a complete lack of professionalism.

1. Eviction Based on Lies & Zero Communication

After three years as a tenant, paying my rent six months in advance (despite having a guarantor), and never having a single complaint against me, this agency served me an eviction notice out of nowhere. Their reasoning? They told me the landlord wanted to sell the property. However, I later found out that this was a complete lie.

While searching for a new apartment (because I was given no choice but to leave), I accidentally discovered that my old flat was back on the market for rent, not for sale. When I confronted Charlotte Edney, the property manager who handled my tenancy, about why I wasn’t informed or even given the chance to renew, her cold response was:

“The landlord informed me that he wants a new tenant and more money. It has nothing to do with me.”

This agency clearly does not care about its tenants, only about maximizing profits—even if it means lying and misleading people who have been reliable tenants for years.

2. Fraudulent & Unjustified Charges

After forcing me out under false pretenses, Charlotte Edney is now trying to financially exploit me with a completely unjustified checkout bill of £3248, even though my deposit was £2400.

Among the most ridiculous charges?
✔ £25 per item left behind (including a small bin and a drying rack) – items that could have been removed in five minutes by one person (one hand).
✔ A fake unpaid rent charge – Charlotte is trying to falsely claim that I owe an extra week of rent because of how she handled the notice period, even though my tenancy ended naturally, and I was never required to give any additional notice.
✔ Completely incorrect claims like Mould maintenance - They are also trying to charge me for moulds marks in bathroom and kitchen which is landlord’s responsibility.

This is not just bad management—it’s an intentional attempt to extort money from tenants who have done nothing wrong.

There are plenty of other agencies that treat tenants with respect so do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs.
