I recently purchased an Audi e-tron 55 from GC Motors and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a self-confessed 'Mr. Cautious,' I had a significant number of questions regarding the digital service history, warranty transitions, and EV-specific maintenance.

​Rob was fantastic throughout the sales process—completely transparent, patient, and proactive. He even followed up post-collection to provide a screenshot confirming the latest 37k-mile service had been successfully uploaded to the Audi system, which was vital for my peace of mind.

​Laura (Compliance Manager) was equally impressive. She went above and beyond to coordinate with warranty providers, ensuring all our cover was correctly activated and providing clear, written confirmation that removed any ambiguity.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a vehicle costing close to £100,000, yet from the day of purchase the car had a serious fault that should never have been present at handover. What followed was weeks of chasing, delays, and excuses rather than a clear and professional effort to fix the issue properly.

What I found most frustrating was the lack of respect shown to the customer. Despite the value of the car, there was constant moaning and back-and-forth over small amounts of money (£20–£50), instead of focusing on resolving the real problem. It felt penny-pinching and unprofessional for a business selling high-value vehicles.

Communication was poor, responsibility was passed around, and even when independent diagnostics confirmed the fault, there was still no urgency to fix it. This turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a stressful and embarrassing experience.

I’ve bought premium cars from other dealers before and have never been treated like this. Sadly, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I have owned a lot of cars. GC Motors, staff, are, by far, the most friendly and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them more highly! FAB!

I saw the car on Auto Trader and I immediately fell in love with it. But it was such a distance for me to travel.
I called GC motors and spoke to a gentleman called Matt. He was so helpful and polite, told me all about the company (GC Motors) what a great company with a great background. He then told me all about the car I was interested in, went through everything I needed to know and was open to all my questions. I knew I would have to have the car delivered even without seeing it first but I knew this was a company I could trust. When I messaged Matt he would always answer my questions, even on his day off.
