A wonderful company

A wonderful company. I love Georg Jensen products, they’re so beautifully designed and the service is amazing. I placed an order at 6.30pm Friday evening, it has just been delivered….10.30am Saturday, and that was with free standard delivery. I don’t think it gets better than that.

New Bond Street Store

This review is for the New Bond Street store and this review is belated, but I can't say enough good things about the amazing service I received in this store! I phoned ahead to reserve an item and when I got to the store I was looked after by two of the kindest, most patient and wonderful people - Marlyn and Ju. They were absolutely lovely, helping me with whatever I needed and even being understanding about my suffering from OCD. Five stars is not enough for the delightful experience I had in the store, I left with a smile on my face, very happy with my purchase and I felt lifted for the rest of the day!! THANK YOU!

Lack of manufacturer support

Very kind support service, but no manufacturing assistance provided for defected products. Not what one would expect from a so-called "premium brand". Sad.

Quick to send out delivery and when the delivery went to the wrong location you were quick to resend another product. I did have a problem switching from New York to Copenhagen Georg Jensen. I could not find the correct form.

Disappointed with Georg Jensen's Lack of Customer Service

I purchased a product from Georg Jensen last October and unfortunately, I've encountered a significant problem with it. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past two weeks, I have yet to receive any response or assistance regarding this issue.

The lack of communication and support from Georg Jensen has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected better responsiveness, especially when dealing with a product issue that affects its functionality and usability.

I regret to say that this experience has left me dissatisfied with Georg Jensen's customer service. It's frustrating to invest in a product only to encounter problems and then be met with silence from the company when seeking help.

Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend Georg Jensen to others who value timely customer support and effective problem resolution. They need to improve their communication and responsiveness significantly to meet basic customer expectations.

Easy-to-use website and efficient delivery

I had an upcoming 60th birthday party and decided to buy more Arne Jacobsen cutlery to match my set. Luckily the beautiful cutlery arrived within 3 days. Very efficient delivery and easy to use website.

Mercy neck ring woes

Last August I bought a piece of Georg Jensen jewellery from one of their suppliers. Less than 10 months later the item (neck ring) is cracked and if I attempt to wear it again it will snap in two. As it was their product I contacted GJ customer services who told me, they could do nothing and I should contact the retailer. I used the on line chat of the retailer, which had a reassuring statement that they usually reply within a few minutes. Having sat there for some considerable time with no reply, I provided my email address as suggested. I am still waiting for a response. In the meantime a piece of jewellery which cost the thick end of £1000 is, after 10 months, useless and I have to go back to wearing my piece of costume jewellery which cost 10s of pounds and has lasted since 2008 with no issue. My previous experiences of both Georg Jensen products and service had been exemplary;
this has left me feeling very disappointed and distressed.

Amazing Service

I was arranging a leaving gift for my colleague. Fantastic and quick communication with the company regarding engraving options and pointing me to a store who offered to help. Personalised and tailored care, very supportive. Also provided gift wrapping (even though it was not included in the gift voucher I used) after I asked for them to consider it. Amazing service and beautiful products. Highly recommend for a fancy leaving gift. Thanks to all customer service team who helped and London store staff!

I would rate O Stars if I could… I’ve been majorly SCAMED!!!
Ordered end December 2023 Daisy medium ear cuff both right and left ear. When received earring impossible to put on for starters. After an hour of trying to figure why not sitting properly I was sent TWO RIGHT EARRINGS.
Messaged customer support instructed to send earrings back for refund since defective & truly impossible putting on without my earlobes red and inflamed.
Kept getting excuse after excuse why refund hasn’t been processed and this is end of March.
Company has BOTH MY MONEY AND EARRINGS I NEVER GOT TO WEAR $331.00 LATER I WAS GHOSTED TODAY MARCH 28 2024
Shame such a prestigious jewelry house is tainted with SCAMMING MONEY AND KEEPING MERCHANDISE. This needs to be stopped. Interesting George Jensen no longer on INSTAGRAM & no results when searched.
PLEASE HELP STOP THIS SCAMMER.
I want my money back. Beyond disappointed.
