Online order not delivered
After 3 weeks, the order still hasn't been delivered, non-existent customer service, trying to get a refund.
Great brand poor service
Bought an extremely expensive Bernadette Kettle which developed a faulty lid in weeks. Wrote to customer services who said I could send back for refund or exchange and wait for a replacement in 6 months!!!!! What am I suppose to use in the meantime?!

Not a great experience with UK Customer Service so far....
I ordered a pair of Offspring Silver Earrings via a 3rd party jewllers, and they developed a defect (one of thr butterflies kept on falling out and I'd lose my earring as a result). The jewellery agreed to replace it, but apparently Georg Jensen wanted the 'other remaining earring' to make a copy of it? Why? It's an off the shelf low price earring. So I decided to contact Georg Jensen directly via their UK Customer Services to ask them outright. Firstly, the online customer services opening hours on their own website are incorrect. I was told this by one of their London representatives that in fact it's 11am till 14:00 and not 09:00 till 17:00?! She suggested i emailed their customer service, which i did, but then received an 'THIS MESSAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE ' - what?! I double checked to make sure it was right, and it was. So yeh, experience so far isn't great, and if it transpires I definitely have to send them my 1 remaining earring - to make a copy - then that'll be an extra star taken off for customer service. The fact the butterfly kept on falling out is indicative of a defect, so the quality is definitely questionable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: GONE FROM TERRIBLE TO DESPICABLE! Update since leaving my last review, I finally received a response from this company and a replacement item, which they deceptively sent 'charge on delivery' (COD) at my expense for $90 Cdn! This equates to approximately 60% of what I paid for the item in the first place!!
After ALL the inconvenience, disappointment, repeated emails and all of my time, let alone not having a gift that lasted and they take MORE of my money !?! Who does that?
Georg Jensen operations and fundamental customer service policies are one the worst I have ever experienced across all brands from high end luxury like Gucci, Prada all the way to lower price point retailers like the GAP.
They are unresponsive, do not take any accountability and sneak in charges - all at the customer's expense! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - in one way or another you will be paying well beyond the listed price.

Bought a bracelet for my wife for Christmas. The bracelet did not fit her wrist and have since tried to e mail on three separate occasions in order to discuss this and return or exchange. I have been given a case number but no contact after promises of 72 hours on each occasion. No contact at all . Vey frustrating company that give the impression that they could not care less. Very poor and would not use them again
I received a coffee mug that leaked
I received a coffee mug that leaked. When I complained they wanted me to send the leaky mug in return. This was very complicated to do. And is no good for the enviroment.
Flawed product and ignored by customer service
I ordered a serving set containing a fork and spoon and the product I received was two different sizes (with the fork being over an inch longer than the spoon). I then sent an email to customer service and basically was told that it’s meant to be like that even though they are significantly two different sizes. Again, this is supposed to be a serving set… a pair. I was told I could return it by filling out a form. I filled out the form and received a prompt that they would contact me with the return information. I never received a follow up. I emailed the company a number of times after and never received a response. It’s been over a month now and NO response or follow up has been received. It’s such a shame that they treat their customers like this. I even asked if my request can be passed on to a manager because of their lack of urgency and fear that my request is being ignored. I just want to return a product that doesn’t seem like it was produced correctly and it seems impossible to get assistance. I was a loyal customer for years with no issues but now because of my recent experience with them, I will no longer be purchasing any of their products. It’s not ok to ignore your customers especially when the product has a flaw and customer service refuses to acknowledge that fact.
Not the experience one would expect
Placed an order for 2 vases on 12/28/2024, paid 2nd day shipping. Haven't received merchandise nor anything of the status of the order. Sent couple of emails as well as exchange of multiple texts. The first email response says "will get back to you within the next 72 hours" citing warehouse issues. Second time vaguely states "looking forward to assisting you ..." I also gave detailed confirmation of the order and proof of payment in texting messages to Georg Jensen. While repeating sorries and apologies and saying the team's been actively working to sort it out, he gave no clue of whereabout of the order thus far. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least.
Shop Elsewhere
Their merchandise, especially their jewelry, is exquisite. But their customer service is nothing short of horrific. The ONLY way to contact them is by email, to which they will take their sweet time responding, if in fact they do. Their SOP is an auto-reply that says "we'll get back to you within 72 hours." Four days later, you'll still be hearing crickets. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I have been collecting the Christmas…
I have been collecting the Christmas tree decorations and buying each year for family and friends. As these are saved and stored away for 10 months of the year the packaging was great with a robust plastic box but this year they have skimped on thus and replaced with a part plastic and paper presentation box which I do not believe will last as long as the plastic box. Storing away with items on top of the thin paper which ma succumb to humidity etc will not suffice. After 30 yrs of collecting I find this unfair and more about costs than the environment.

I ordered a Koppel wall clock from them on Nov. 29, Black Friday sale, item was reduced $50. Have yet to receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking. I emailed the company on Dec. 2 and got a vague response about "warehouse issues". I emailed them on Dec. 3 and 4 and still no response. Their toll free customer service line has been disabled and only gives an outgoing message saying to email customer service. I don't trust them. It appears that they are short on capital, otherwise why not ship a clock that is advertised as being in stock. I gave up trying to reach them and filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General.
