After experiencing business financial difficulties, a friend told us about ICDS, and within 10 minutes of arriving at the first appointment, all our worries were taken on by them, and we left with a great sense of relief. Since then, and with a sensible payment plan, they have been able to keep all outstanding monies under control. Cannot fault how helpful & reassuring they have been. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICDS and the amazing service they provide.

In all fairness when I came to Incontrol I was in a very dark place financially.. We were just out of the bank crisis approx. 8 years ago work was hard to find and I couldn t find a way to stop the extra interest charges from companies from constantly going up.
Then I heard of InControl , my saviours ..
Over the passing years with 6 monthly and annual reviews I could start to see the daylight and out of the darkness..
InControl staff on the phone are very caring , understanding and friendly.

I moved to In Control from a different 'free' dept management company. They were useless, and I was worse off when I left them than when I started.
Within days of joining In Control the threatening phone calls and letters that I'd continued to receive stopped and I felt like I was in safe hands. From then on my debt only went one way - down. Natalie who handled my plan was very friendly and helpful and always available should I need her.

I got myself in a mess with payday lenders and didn't know how I was going to cope. I was receiving threatening letters and emails. It wasn't fun. Speaking to the lenders themselves got me nowhere, they didn't want to know. They just wanted their money and that was the end of it. After getting in control involved the hassle stopped very quickly and they come up with a manageable sum of money to pay each month. Time soon past and my debts were paid off before I knew it. There is a monthly fee but it's a very fair one compared to other debt management companies. In control were always helpful and quick to respond to any queries or issues I had. And would definately recommend them to anyone who feels their debts have gotten out of control. Massive thumbs up from me.

I had gotten into a bit of a muddle with my finances,getting loans to pay off credit cards but then spending on the credit card again. I wasn't earning enough to cover payments and I saw the advert for In Control at the ideal time. I dealt with a lovely chap, Ross, initially but when he left was moved over to Natalie. She has been absolutely amazing. I cannot stress how brilliant Natalie has been throughout. Negotiating with creditors and keeping my plan in place. Nothing was ever too much trouble when I would be constantly emailing! Would not hesitate to recommend this company..saves a lot of your own worry and stress!

If your options are zero or less then this is the team to pick - Nothing is too much trouble during the setup phase - they also check up regularly to make sure things are ok afterwards - this in its self sets this firm way in front of a whole raft of firms doing similar business - who appear to have no genuine interest having secured your account - can't thank them enough!!!!!
