I was not able to complete the last review. I received an email with an invoice for products and services that I did not agree to receive. I emailed the Livewire billing address and immediately received a response that I was not charged for these products or services. I respect Livewire for responding imm

Livewire came into our office and reviewed our space. We were interested in a conference room television that could be used for internal meetings as well as presentations by us to prospects as well as presentations to us by external teams. Livewire was able to recommend several technology tools to accomplish our goals at different price points. Once we'd made our selection, the install team was excellent, both in their technical ability and their courteous and professional manner during the install and while training us.

Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and solved one other problem that I had.

Livewire has done excellent work on our home media system over the past few years (Livewire bought the company that installed our home media system 25 years ago when we built our house). We've purchased several pieces of new equipment from Livewire and they have also provided great technical support both on the phone and at our house. Last week one of their technicians (Robert) came out to fix a sound system problem. As in our prior experiences with their technicians, he arrived promptly and worked diligently and thoughtfully till the problem was fixed. He then took a few extra minutes to try a couple of other system improvements he thought might work and they did. Thanks to Robert and Livewire!

Experienced professionals that do the job right the first time.

Our experience with Livewire was very positive. Brad Camp went the extra mile to give us options, and to make sure all of our last-minute communication issues were addressed ahead of time. The installation techs who did the work, worked the whole day without taking a break and cleaned up before they left. Ben and Patrick (who did the work) were very competent and patient with all of our questions, and trained us on the custom-written applications that Ben wrote. If you have a lot of media inputs and a lot of screens throughout your house or building, these guys are the ones who can integrate it into a seamless system.

In today’s world not many companies are truly focused on delivering Customer Satisfaction. Livewire is focused on your satisfaction from start to finish. Many companies should take note of Livewire’s practices!

Jim was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in a reasonable amount of time. It was obvious that he cared about my satisfaction and user experience. He did a great job!!!
