I had some general "wants" for a property I'd recently acquired: the ability to have good wifi throughout (and outdoors), doorbell cameras, and a high resolution camera providing exterior overwatch. Livewire (Brad) showed up within a day of my contacting them, he evaluated what was already in place, advised me of my options and guaranteed my satisfaction with the outcome I'd specified. The install crew arrived on time, they respected the property, were pleasant to interact with, and left no evidence of their having been there. I had some dissatisfaction with the hardwire camera resolution after viewing it; Brad contacted me immediately and taught me how to use the software to implement High Definition on the camera...I'm pleased with the strength of the wifi signal throughout the property, the low visibility of the installed devices, the suitability of the camera for what I want it for (I can make out faces across the yard!), and the service provided by Livewire. It was a professional implementation!

Livewire installed a new tv and my soundbar above the fireplace in my family room. Brad was able to come out quickly for the initial consult and quote, answered all my questions and made recommendations on tv size and brand.

The installation team was very professional during their 2 visits. They were on time or early, explained everything to me and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend Livewire!

Had a new TV installed and remote reprogrammed. The help from Andre was great! After the installation I had a glitch with the remote and had a very prompt response thru Andre and by the tech Robert. I feel everyone especially Robert went out of their way to exceed my expectations. This is the second time I've used Livewire and won't hesitate to call them again.

I just had Livewire install my new theater room, as well as sonos and other televisions throughout the house and I have to say they did an excellent job! They made the installation process painless and guided me effortlessly through the instructions for use...they were so patient! Brad recommended a great package that fit my needs perfectly. Very happy with my whole Livewire experience!

I give great kudos to the entire team who were awesome. The installers especially went the extra mile in so many ways. Both were very professional, in addition to being helpful and kind in their explanations of this new technology. They even came by on a Saturday. They were wonderful to work with.

The installers took sufficient time to do a difficult job. They suggested solutions to our hanging wires, and gave me an estimate quickly. Overalll recommend Live Wire for technology needs.

Looking for a company that can do all of your home integration? These guys are it! We recently moved to a multi-level townhouse, and needed wifi throughout, a security system, electronic locks, and a large 4k television with sound bar installed. Livewire did it all. Amanda was the lead installer with help from Jonathan and others, and did a great job putting it all together. If you are looking for a company that can do it all in RVA, Livewire is where you should go!

Just completed a second go-round with Livewire, and could not be happier with the improvements to my home. JD, Amanda & Patrick at Livewire are the bomb! Their knowledge, professionalism & attention to detail are outstanding. They completed the project within the time frame & within budget. They deserve more than 5 stars. When I started the project, all I really wanted was the HBO GO app on my TV... looking at where my home is now - it doesn't get any better than this. Like very much the effort to counsel a fix over the phone for simple stuff; not so keen on the hourly rate but understand. Repair staff have always been very qualified.

As always a quality installation. Problems which arose were handled quickly in a very professional manner. As a former electronic technician I have nothing but respect for the work they have done for me. The installation blends in so well that I have to show guests where the sound emanates from in the ceiling..

Great service and quality job. However very expensive

Livewire provided my family with a fully automated home theatre system turn key project. The experience was refreshing and painless. All of the Livewire staff were very informative, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with, all the way through out the entire process from Brad in sales to the install team on site. It is nice to know that customer service still exists. I will continue to use Livewire for all of my audio, video and automation projects.
