Loads of advice available. There is an online chat to help but it is near impossible to find. I had a problem with a script being incorrect and not being sent to the pharmacy. There was a bit of confusion around what drug I was on and I found it surprising that they didn't seem to have access to my prescription history. Response was good once they got to my messages and they were able to expedite the script. It was an unnerving experience as they didn't seem to know what drug or dose I was on. I had a travel deadline that I had communicated clearly with loads of warning. For clarity I have changed my review from a 1 star because they were able to get the script out quickly once they received my messages. And because they may have known my script and only wanted to check directly with me, but because communication is exclusively by text it all was confusing for both sides.

Delivery was quick. Responses to my messages were from numerous areas which confused both myself and your company! However I am overall satisfied and keen to keep with my program.

Arcie followed through with a problem I had and kept in contact with me so I knew what was happening. Arcie anticipated any concerns I might have had and let me know the next steps. Arcie was thoughtful, and tracked my billing to make sure that I wasn’t being charged early for my next subscription. Very grateful to have come in contact with a customer service rep that anticipated issues, resolved problems and kept things on track, thank you Arcie.

Issue was resolved quickly once addressed, question wasn't answered and panic set in , once reading all terms and conditions I worked out what had happened, then finally speaking to a human not AI , everything was resolved
