Shocking customer service, lies and no help whatsoever. If you're ordering from the UK avoid like the plague

I paid for a table 30th January 2026.....the table never arrived, eventually they said they would send me another one.........what arrived was 2 drawer units so I refused to accept them.....asked for a table or refund.......27th of July and still waiting for the refund...dismal Customer service looks to be a cheap AI rather than a human as the responses each week were the same, literally chasing them for 6 months solid, every week at least 2 emails, phoned them, did complaints on line associated with the order....27/07/2026 AM STILL WAITING !

It's been now 40 days since i've ordered and paid for my items, this is ridiculous time for hospitality standard. I will never buy again from GGM gastro and i will suggest my colleagues and associates and customers to do the same. Super glitchy AI support chat, ridiculous help centre asking for invoice numbers never issued

Do not use these idiots, Ordered 12 gastronorm pans, Good price, I am in the uk, Very poor packaging absolte joke, Delivered bent & dented & this is the best bit due to poor packaging & ups throwing the package around I am unable to part the pans they are wedged together, not holding much hope for any responce from these clowns let alone a refund

Don't have Zero star. Don’t order from them if you want quick delivery to UK. Miss-information on their website when ordering it says 3 to 5 days for delivery and its been 2 weeks and not even shipped. Calling customer service is waste of time they hang up with out any answer. Worst service i have seen

I have a order from decemeber 2025, nothing delivered until may. After a lot of customer support calls, finally half of the order is delivered. Rest is not delivered as of today.

Product delivered after more than one month. The product received differed from the website images and specifications. Assembly was not possible due to issues with the base. Customer service stated that website photos were outdated.
Even though they admitted that the website photos were outdated, they still claim that they did nothing wrong and that the delivered product is exactly what you ordered.

ordered 3 weeks ago from their UK website. A commercial sausage stuffer. A product that stated in stock and immediate dispatch.

3 weeks in and still no delivery. VERY VERY poor communication and a total lack of response to chasing emails.

As a commercial caterer, I need to replace the product as my other had suddenly stopped working and I had pressing committments.

Certainly wasnt the cheapest, however, I purchased on being in stock and a speedy delivery.

Strongly suggest you avoid online purchases.

Very disappointed. I bough Bain Marie , in 2 weeks of use Bain Marie not working customer service impossible to deal with this. Quaility disaster, service disaster

Exellent! I ordered a pizza oven. One door was not welding on the inside. I went to the shop in Amsterdam to exchance the door. Unfortunaly, they had no other door but the employees were very kind and helped me out with the report to customer service. Customer service first offered me discount but after i wrote Sevval that this wasnt help me out he send me another door which came shortley after.
Well done, i reccomend them.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased anything from, These reviews must be fake because there is no help, no contact number, only useless chat bots that cannot track or help, My order is now 1 month late and I have no way of knowing when or if it will arrive, no one to talk to, no one replies. Avoid this company

Ordered an item on 12 June 2026. Almost a month later it has not been delivered. There is no update, no customer service to talk to, no response at all from emails sent, their web based chat bot does not work and/or does not know. All they say is "your order is being prepared, there is not tracking available".

I bought a counter top freezer for my business two weeks ago i didn’t receive it yet i called their customer service they couldn’t even tell me how long more it takes the worst experience i have ever had in catering industry

If I could give a lower rating I would. Terrible service. Waited 8 weeks for a instock item, only to arrived smashed (counter display fridge). I didn’t take delivery due to the damage, sent it back and reported the damage with images. Now waiting 3 weeks and still no update of a refund. Will not be returning as their customer service is awful. AVOID!!!
