Very bad decision

I did place an order on the 12th of June now more than 2 weeks still haven't arrived.
Very hard to get hold of them and last I did speak to them they told me my order still in Germany waiting to be processed!!
Also when i did my order said in stock I will receive my goods within 3-4 working days.
My advice never order on line with them.
Very disappointed.

Awful - delivery time was double that stated. No response to messages. Unit was supplied with an EU plug. Left messages via webform, no response. "Help" Chatbot does not work in either Chrome or Firefox. Tried calling UK number - automated service, endless menus to navigate and then it hung up on me. Simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Let’s get together and get this company to court and get them out of UK market.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two pieces of equipment totalling over £1000 that were in stock and due for delivery within 3-5 days. 3 weeks later and with no sign of them I eventually managed to cancel the order. Thankfully I have paid by credit card so if they don't refund me I will have to go through the bank. I tried calling them to find out what was going on and they always assured me that the goods were about to be sent out when they clearly never were. This really is just a scam company. You will not get yours goods so just dont even bother. They may have a nice looking website and a showroom in the UK but they basically do not have anything to sell you.

Very good company

Very slow delivery. The website states delivery within 5 days, but in reality it can take up to a month. Customer support rarely responds to emails, and the assistance provided over the phone is also unhelpful.

Extremely poor customer service! Avoid those scammers! I have ordered a display fridge and the delivery company refused to deliver because it’s in the town centre with limited access during the day! Then request refund but the customer was so incompetent! Still waiting for refund!

Warning: Terrible B2B customer service - Holding my machine for nearly 3 monthsBought a coffee machine (KVACB) for my business in October 2025. It broke down in January 2026. GGM Gastro picked it up for repair in March 2026.It has now been nearly 3 months (12 weeks) since they received the machine. I have called customer service 4 times and only been told that the case will be "forwarded", but absolutely nothing happens.Holding a machine essential for a business for almost 3 months without any updates is unacceptable and a major breach of contract. I have now officially demanded a cancellation of the purchase and a full refund.

Atrocious service. Ordered and paid weeks ago - no updates, won't reply to messages, hard to get on the phone. Promised shipping, still nothing. Absolutely awful and I struggle to understand how they are still in business.

All the 5 star reviews here are clearly spam from some paid campaign to try and hide all the real poor reviews. How about providing a better service and benefiting from word of mouth rather than paying for online ads and fake reviews.

Edit: Ordered on May 26th - so it's now a month later and nothing. Barely any communications. I did have a smaller order delivered previously, then placed this large one. They promised split delivery but never did. If you do resort to ordering from this awful business, split your orders, use a credit card and be prepared to wait for weeks with zero communication.

What a pity this company does not read reviews and try to rectify problems. Legal action has commenced. Be very wary 😡😡

7 weeks since a credit note was issued and still no refund.
They are at best incompetent,
At worse scammers.

Avoid like the plague

We purchased a Bain Marie thinking it would come from the UK branch, but no, it came from Germany with an EU plug! Contacted them to say its no good can we return and although communication was a week apart, they agreed to take it back. Since then, nothing, every phone call i make nothing happens, every email i send no response! so had a unit we cannot use for 4 weeks now and no signs of it going back. We are a small Charity where every penny counts but it looks like we have lost money with this company!!

I ordered a freezer and fridge the fridge has been delivered as broken legs, the freezer has not been delivered and they told me they broke the freezer on delivery and will send the new one but 3 weeks no refund no new freezer no contact!!!!!

Ordered weeks ago with the promise of delivery in 3-6 working days. No reply from customer service via email, sat on the phone for over an hour waiting before being hung up.
Looking like a chargeback

We bought a fridge + freezer - initially shipped to the billing address and not the delivery address. They were sent away and after countless calls and pushing to get our items they finally re delivered. The freezer was damaged and refused - 5 weeks later (as it takes over a week for them to respond externally and internally), we received the new freezer only to find after opening the undamaged box the freezer was again badly damaged.

We had already accepted this delivery as for the outside packaging there was no damage showing.

I have emailed them however no one seems to care enough to respond.

Legal action will be taken...
