This is an absolute SCAM !
They shipped the hats that I pad for 100 euros to Greece in an awful condition ! They did not put them on a box but on a soft plastic bag. The hats are cheap materials and crumbled .
Don’t buy from them !

It is a scam. The pictures look nothing like the actual product. They are charging 30 dollars for a 2 dollar cheap quality hat. It looks like it came from a street market and the materials are glued together. I ordered three items and only 2 arrived. There was no protective packaging. It was squashed and crashed and completely creased. There are no labels on it or on any of the packaging. It's basically a street product .

Ordered a couple of beanies I read reviews and decided to cancel my order I wrote them to cancel it on the fourth day after I wished to cancel I get tracking information that it just shipped I guess they really needed to sell some hats

This company are to be avoided at all cost!!! rip-off merchants and scammers. I've asked for a return label for an hat which they offer on their website and they said they would send me a different hat instead which I don't want. No response at all, so I have asked for another hat and still no response and it's been weeks at which time the return period will have run out. Really wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. How a company like this can stay in business is beyond me.

Long delivery time (almost a month from order submit to package at home), inaccurate package tracking.

Hi all. I m not surprise Ghelter got a 1.9 star ..... I would sugject a negative figure if it could be possible,

I have ordered caps 1.5 months ago. never arrived. The caps are blocked at custom and Ghelter asked me to pay for it. Its a disgrace. I buyu many things on line abroad and it never happened. I suggest anyone reading those reviews to click away and find another one line shop.
I am so furious and frustrated.

Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star!! A complete scam!! You’re better off buying from Temu or Shein. Paid a lot for my hat only for it to be of poor quality no labels inside and cheaply glued together. Not high end at all. Came in a cheap plastic bag all creased. Can’t get the crease out! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Watch out ! Free delivery doesn't mean free ! I was pinged with an unpaid 15 euro tax when the package was delivered.

Products off Temu at an astronomical price. Contacted and got a reply off a guy called Oliver and he said I couldn't cancel the order even before it was shipped, he said he will send me a returns label when it arrives, products arrived and contacted for the returns label, he offered me 50% money back and keep the products, sent pics of product off Temu and show it was over 3 times the cost, was then told it's expensive as they are based in 'spain' to return the products and checked with Royal Mail and it's about a tenner to send back to Spain, sent another email asking for returns label on 15/07/2026 and not heard anything back as of yet! Just avoid as it basically Temu products! I haven't opened the parcel to check the quality and they used Yodel and they left the parcel outside for anyone to take, Yodel offer terrible service as well.

The product was of excellent quality and a good fit.
When my first order unfortunately went astray because of the courier, Ghelter immediately sent me a replacement, which I was able to track on its journey at every step of the way, and which arrived with me in very good time.

I am very disappointed with my experience. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, making it impossible to get any updates or support. My order has already passed the estimated delivery time, yet the status still shows "Pending" with no explanation. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating.

Decently priced hats, but I guess you get what you pay for. My main quibble is that they don't adequately package the hats. They just put them in a plastic bag and posted. The last hat I bought was heavily creased at the front. So I had to wet the hat and dry it with a hair dryer to get the crease out as best as I could. It was also damaged around the sweat band strip on the inside where some of it had degraded away. No idea how that could have happened but feel like this hat won't have much longevity.

Good product! Ghelter went above and beyond to replace a faulty mislabeled product at no cost or inconvenience to me which means a lot. Thank you!

Terrible ! Received wrong size bad quality fedora. No response at all from ” customerservice” no refund. Avoid with all cost. Scam.

Incredibly poor quality hat. Bought a captains hat for a future boating day. The material was paper thin and falling apart already. Will not even make it to the boat!!! Worse than a cheap disposable Halloween prop.
