Never received the item, never received a tracking Number, never received an answer from customer service, I asked for refund through Paypal (PayPal quickly solved the problem). Suggestioni: Don't buy from this shop.

Cheap AliExpress garbage, don't recommend

If these reviews are true then this is another Chinese rip off company I’m still waiting for mine
But the trading standards really need to get a grip with all these Chinese company’s invading the uk

The product is extremly poor quality and under sizeed.

There was a delivery mishap a few weeks back where the courier (ultimately chosen by Ghelter) left my delivery in a poor place and the hat was purloined. An awkward shame and I expect a real problem in talking to Ghelter about it but they were absolute fantastic in their customer service. I can see bad reviews here and maybe I got lucky but the guy I spoke to was responsive and courteous and Ghelter were extremely reasonable in how they dealt with me and the situation. Ultimately I got a refund but I would 100% return based on the care and delivery speed. I never got to see the hat, but I feel confident it would have looked darn cool. Next time!

OMG the quality of the caps is disgraceful. They come posted in a ball and screwed up. They are thin extremely cheap crap made for like 50c in China.

I bought a flat cap from the ghelter.com web site. I paid about $45 to ghelter for a hat that was shipped from Ali Express in China and sells there for about $7. I thought I was paying for a high quality hat, but it's cheap looking and made of very plasticky "cotton". There's no mention of the hat being made in China, but all of their hat names are called after British or Irish towns. It's deceptive drop-ship marketing.

I warn you all after my own experience never ever buy anything online. They don't even exist in real. The quality is rubbish can go straight to dustbin but I had to return the purchase to claim my refund which I have done on 11th May and it has been nearly two months now. Still haven't received refund or got any response from their customer service. This is absolutely disgusting and scammers. Avoid!!

I wish I could give this zero stars and wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing a hat from here! First off, the delivery was one month late. Secondly, the quality of the hat is awful. Looks like a child had made it. If I could post comparison pictures of what they advertise vs what I got, you’d be as upset as I am. It is embarrassing to send out product that doesn’t match your site.

Hat was complete rubbish worth about $2 should have read reviews first my fault stay away from this product fold a piece of news pay instead

I have to pay a hefty custom charge for a hat when it got delivered to ireland after long wait because the origin was non EU. Item is shipped from china to netherland to ireland. Not happy.

Quality is poor and the company clearly has a buy cheap and sell high policy without a care in the world for customer satisfaction! I ordered 2 hats - and have had 2 problems! First was poor quality, wanted to return the hat and had to provide a video of the hat and label - did that only to be met with radio silence! Second hat was ordered while I was waiting for the first. Waited weeks, then checked my tracking number only to be told it had been delivered to a secure spot at my house! Well, I was in all day and they had no need to. But it wasn’t delivered. Followed up with Ghelter and guess what… yup - radio silence again. So right now I’ve purchased two hats, one is crap and the other… who knows?
Cost me about £45 so far - please stay away from this company - you’ll regret buying from them guaranteed!!

Very disappointed with service. Bought a cap from this website. Am trying to return it because too big. They ask you to write them when you want to return, ask you to send a copy of the addressed packet it was in and photo of what you are returning. Have so far done this (over 10 days ago). Have had no response and after chasing twice still no response. I would not recommend buying from these sellers and also reading other reviews of those that have had massive problems. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

If I could leave 0 stars i could. Ordered 3 caps, none ever arrived. They eventually emailed me to say 1 out of stock, 1 returned due to incomplete address and 3rd was lost but showed someone taking a package, not sure who. Disputed with bank after awful response times/customer service and they've said items had been delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM

I’m reporting this site. Sent a $4 hat from temu nothing like what I ordered. Having you shut down you won’t reply to emails. Scam scam SCAM no one buy off this site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
