Excellent service from Victoria in the Bushey branch. She could not be any more compassionate, kind and helpful. Victoria and the team at Ginders honestly made the day so much easier. If you are i. The unfortunate event of needing to use their services I would highly recommend M. K. Ginder and sons.

Only negative was the flowers which came from a recommended Ginders supplier (Aime Bone) many of the family and friends who arranged flowers through Aime Bone were extremely disappointed with their orders. Flowers where neither to specification on the website or of good quality, many wilting on the day. I would not use Aime bone again and would instead opt for rósannas on St Albans Road who organises a spectacular Lilly display for the church which were fresh over a week later.

The gentlemen on the day where excellent. Over all for Ginders we would give a five star and for Victoria in the Bushey branch if we could it would be 10 stars

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Ginders for organising my mothers funeral. I would particularly like to single out Kim at the Bricket wood office. Nothing was to much trouble. Many thanks Ginders you made a difficult afternoon bearable.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one - in this case my mother - is a hugely challenging and traumatic experience. My father and I were very fortunate to have selected MK Ginder & Sons to help us.

Every detail - from first contact through to the committal - was marshalled by the fearsomely efficient Katy, who also handled a visit to the Chapel of Rest with the greatest tact and sensitivity.

Daniel and his colleagues carried out the service with utmost care and professionalism in an unusual setting away from Watford. A number of non-routine requests were accommodated without mussing a beat.

The use of a funeral director is not something one looks forward to, but when you require one, you need one who will really look after you. I am happy to give Ginders my unqualified recommendation.

They kept us well informed and let us know the things we needed to do. We were given information to make decisions about what we wanted and they were respectful and reassuring.
My mum was given a fantastic send-off from home. She would have loved to see the cortège’s slow, dignified procession past the places she knew.

We have used M.K. Ginder & Sons for two family members funerals and I couldn’t fault them in any way. They are so professional and went above and beyond to ensure the funerals ran smoothly.

The process from the very first phone call to the end of the service was done with such ease and everyone we spoke to within the team were so helpful.

Dan noticed on the day that there had been an error on one of the flower cards which had the wrong wording on and he had a spare card to hand which meant we could amend it and put it right before the flowers were laid down at the service. No fault of Ginders but they were still there to make everything right.

We wouldn't hesitate about using M.K. Ginder & Sons again in the future should we need to.

The staff in the shop were very professional and supportive making it easy and simple to book my dad's funeral. It ended up being four days before the funeral I contacted M.K. Ginder to order flowers and on the day they were exactly as I had asked them to be placed and they looked beautiful. The staff on the day were wonderful following all my instructions and requests and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible.

I would definitely recommend going to M.K. Ginder if you have lost a loved one and I will be going back to them when I lose my mother.
