No Second Chances
When you choose a funeral director to take care of a departed parent you are putting immense trust in that company. You want everything to go just right as you cant come back tomorrow for a second go. With four siblings the trust in your judgement to make the right choice is a heavy load. A load which was lifted from me by the staff at Ginders. From the initial call out in the night to the farewell handshake at the end of it all nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with grace and extreme professionalism.
I knew all was well when my sister said to me "Ginders did Dad proud"

When you really need a business you can rely on...
Ginders looked after my fathers funeral (along with several others i have attended over the years) and were impeccable in the service they provided.
Compassionate, classy, respectful and with clear direction on the process, they made what is always a difficult time much more manageable that it might otherwise have been.
Will always be grateful and would highly reccomend.

We called Ginders when we sadly lost dad and this was our first experience and had no idea what to do or expect, we were looked after and advised every step of the way.
A year later we sadly lost our mum and again without any hesitation we called Ginders.

Everyone was so very pleasant at such a difficult time even though I felt I was in a dream most of the time. My husbands funeral went off without a hitch. One gentleman actually carried the families flowers over to the memorial stone opposite our home where we had decided to place them. Debbie at the funeral parlour was very efficient but very caring also.

Recommended by my daughter's neighbour for the funeral of my late wife. I have to say the service was excellent from start to finish. Katy from the St Albans Road office explained everything that needed doing and sorted the paper work out very efficiently. Anything I was unsure of or needed clarifying, Katy or Kim were always there. The Funeral team who took my late wife from my house to the church and then on to the crematorium were excellent too. I would fully recommend M K Ginder & Sons for there polite ,courteous, professional and friendly approach to the whole funeral service. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service.
