You really did send me the Chines Version although I live in Sweden. I have no use of this watch. Shame om you. I was satisfied with the black Xiaomi smart Band 10 NFC but I expected the Global Version a should understand.

finally received my OnePlus 15 which was exchanged after Giztop sold a defective Oppo find x9 pro.
Custom fees are kept high. Custom support says one thing but lies in the emails and doesn't really assist you. my initial phone was defective by Giztop and they still claim they provided a free express delivery and defending their defective devices. Did i mention they charge a 10% fee for them to reshelf the phone? its NOT on their website. yet they charge you even when they sell the broken devices. and will refuse to give you the correct amount owed no matter how much you go back and forth with them. worst company when it comes to exchanges

I ordered a Xiaomi 17 pro online then realized I would prefer the ultra. I contacted them and they sorted it out for me straight away. The phone was shipped to me in NZ and I received it within a few days. Packaged really well. Everything was easy, -ordering, contacting them, changing order, tracking. I will use Giztop again without hesitation.

I ordered this phone online on the 1st of February 2026 and it was delivered to me (Australia) on the 8th. I ordered the phone and the additional case with grip. Both items arrived sealed and in excellent condition. Giztop had already installed Google play store on the phone and setting it up was a breeze. I have no issues with the company and my experience was flawless from start to finish.

I've ordered a few phones and accessories from them and everything ships promptly. They're my go to site for importing phones not available here.

I ordered the Oneplus 15 from Giztop.

1. I ordered the ColorOS version and received the OxygenOS version.
2. It took 22 days for the phone to get to me. Four or five days to get from China to my home country. Majority of the remaining days delayed in transit after one delivery attempt. When it was finally delivered it was just left outside of the building, where anyone could pick it up.

I reached out to Giztop about refunding shipping, paid $40 for shipping and their website states it 5-8 working days to ship to my country. I didn't get a response back. I also asked about some specifics about the phone; no response back.

I ordered the same phone from Tradingshenzhen and received the ColorOS version in 5 days. I won't be doing business with Giztop again.
