Solar customer. Many emails, 5 phone calls not one reply. Each time I phone am promised that somewbody will get back to me . It never happened. Scafolding has now been up for a month. Some panels were installed 3 weeks ago still waiting for a completion date. My shed is not accesable with panels stored inside. Cannot sell surplus to the grid as job not completed, Couldn't claim my Tesla rebate as never received an invoice specifying that I'd bought a Tesla Powerwall.
My biggest problem is complete lack of any response and being kept totally in the dark.

We decided to replace an old boiler and add a radiator in the lounge so got an idea of costs from our service engineer which was over our budget. We found Glow Green on an internet search which very quickly helped us to chose the ideal top of the range boiler at a fixed competitive price. We had several conversations with Glow Green and found them very helpful and friendly without being at all pushy. I took a week off work to catch up with jobs around the house and decided to go ahead with Glow Green so spoke to them on the Thursday before when they explained the very straightforward way to upload the photos needed for installation which I did on the Sunday morning and it was so easy. I spoke to them on the Monday, they had received the photos, added some extra parts at no extra cost and I placed the order. Jim the engineer rang me to say that he would arrive on Wednesday at 8am to complete the boiler installation and he was brilliant! We are very pleased and highly recommend Glow Green.👏

Great installation and hardware, but stressful scheduling.
The boiler and hardware itself are great, and the engineer who finally came out on Thursday did a fantastic and professional job with the installation. Everything is up and running smoothly.
However, the initial communication and scheduling were very stressful. My original Monday appointment was cancelled at the last minute, and sorting out an alternative date before my household returned caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety and chasing customer service.
Once the team actually arrived, they were great, but customer logistics could definitely be improved. 4/5 stars.

My new boiler was installed last summer and had its first service recently.

Although there was some confusion about access to the property this was resolved.

The engineer was polite and efficient.

The service was easy to book in online and the Glow Green staff I have communicated with have been professional and efficient.

The service was arranged quickly and efficiently. My only slight annoyance was the engineer didn’t phone me on the day to say what time he would arrive and turned up at around 4.45. In fairness he said one of his children had been taken to hospital. He was also friendly, efficient and very apologetic.
Subsequently Ann called me for feedback and was also very helpful as we are moving soon and she gave me all the information I needed.

We were let down catastrophically by Besure and we contacted Glow Green. We rrceived exceptional service from Luke Gamble on the sales team and Ross on the finance team. Within minutes we had a complete installation fixed in for four days time. Luke was fantastic. Efficient, understanding, and courteous from the outset. Ross was also impeccable. Both members of staff outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish it was plain sailing. Clear dates and plans for delivery and installation was great. I’d waited most of the summer trying to get my air con and like many others it was almost impossible to locate any certainty locally to me. One phone call to glow green was all it took and I’m now so happy with it I would certainly recommend them 100% to anyone. And it didn’t end there once it was fitted and up and running I had calls to make sure I was happy with everything. Sajjad the engineer was fantastic checking several times along the installation making sure I was happy as did Aaron the electrician did everything to me. Great job

Mike sent me a message to let me know he would be coming to service my boiler shortly,when he arrived ,he soon had the job done,im very pleased with the work and excellent communication ,exactly like last year,which was mike also,and glo green ,the previous house i lived at they fitted me a new boiler,Iwas so pleased with it,i asked them to fit me a new boiler in the bungalow i moved to,excellent work and service from them.

Everything went well during the design stage, although they were (and continue to be) unnecessarily persistent with phone calls to extract more money. Install was carried out poorly with incorrect plumbing in of the water tank, incorrect paperwork leading to no heating/limited hot water, sloppy installation of signal and power cables (including one signal cable run through external brickwork with no protection, making good on boiler removal was also poor. This was all noted within days of installing but took months to get an engineer round to correct the issues (mostly, some of it I've had to just do myself ). Getting in touch for after care was impossible, I was just pushed around other departments with an empty promise of a call back and three scheduled engineer visits where noone turned up. In the end I had to get HIES (ombudsman) involved to assess and pressure glow green to correct the issues - even this took weeks.
