Perfect app for diabetic glucose control in real time

Absolute rubbish. Ive picked one star because I can’t pick any lower . I’m taking the time to write this review because I’m absolutely furious . The app is still loading after 2 weeks . I contacted the support team and to my surprise I was asked to put a 5 star review and to send a snapshot in order to get my refund back.
I REALLY HOPE YOU WILL READ MY REVIEW.

I subscrined to the app gluhelth and before completing actvation I realized my own difficulty to proceed.
After no time the support team listened to my difficulty without a single treptation and not only interrupted my subscription but also promised to refund all my incurred expenses.

The App was useful in providing good information however I no longer needed to monitor my blood sugar levels personally. I cancelled this app with the help of GluHealth team which have been helpful in sorting this out.

Very detail app help me to monitor and have a better understanding of my sugar control .

The app is rubbish and the team is as bad. I make the purchase at 0.99$, and saw seconds after another purchase of 6$ without my approval. If the app worked correctly I would have swallowed the unauthorized purchase. BUT the app itself can't read my glucose with the apple watch, It required Continuous Glucose Monitor, which was not mentioned in its advertisement. If I have to buy a CGM, it comes with its own app. This app does not offer any advantage. So I contacted the team and asked for cancellation. The team responded that I need to submit login e-mail, which I did not know because the purchase process did not require any e-mail address, with purchase evidence. I managed to find them and submitted. And then the team contacted me again, asking that I need to leave good review here (with the link). They said good review with good rating is compulsory for them to cancel my purchase. It was a kind of blackmail. So I had no choice but to do so. Two or three days later, my purchase was cancelled. Don't buy this app. The team is a jerk.

The Customer Service team have been great. They have kept me up-to-date with all communications very much appreciate that help.
