App seems to be great but did not work for me, as I could not access it. This is not something I would subscribe to as my Type2 is under control. Looking for my refund and subscription cancelation.

Speedy and helpful customer service


This App was useful in providing good information but as I no longer needed to monitor my blood sugar levels personally I cancelled this app. A renewal subscription charge was paid in error however and the GluHeakth team have been helpful in sorting this out.

Very disappointed!

I was very disappointed with this company, at first it said the price was $0.99, after I submitted my payment information, it said thank you you will be charged $6.00 very soon, I emailed them, and they responded back and said that was an introductor price for the first week. After that it goes to $29.99. I told them I wanted to cancel immediately. Do not charge my card for anything else and I want a refund of the $6.99. They replied back that they would give me a refund if I gave them a positive review on trust pilot literally black mailing me to get my money back. I read other reviews on the internet saying that it was a Scam. I had to cancel my debit card with my bank and get a different one so they would not be continue charging me.
