Scheduling Complaint
On my most recent service appointment my technician called me the morning of my appointment and confirmed my service time so I'd be home for the appointment. Then he showed up one hour early (while I was out) did the service minus the inside of my garage and left. When I got home to wait for him to arrive I had no idea he'd already been there until I got the Aptive email saying my service was completed. That really bothered me as I purposely made sure I was home for service time we discussed and he showed up early with no notification. That made me feel like his time was more valuable than mine and makes me question why bother scheduling an appointment if the technicians are just going to show up whenever.

Aptive is the way to go!!
Aptive employees were nice, professional, very knowledgeable of their product and what it does. They answered all of our questions, even after they left and we had a few more questions they were available and answered them. When one of their employees couldn't locate us I contacted them and they rescheduled our appointment. When they came back out to spray they only did the outside but I needed them to spot spray inside and they came back out at no charge to us. Overall we are very happy with their product, price and service. We've seen our pest issue decrease greatly! Definitely going to recommend to everyone I know that has any pest issue!

Dislike- Not sure if it there product…
Dislike- Not sure if it there product or maybe the bugs in my yard are just super, but it seems the product is not effective. Sorry to say but you can try all you want but it does not seem to work against ants. Mosquitoes, wasp, bees, or fleas. Like- they provide great customer service and the staff is nice.

I was sent a repeat representative to take care of the inside and outside of my house, so I didn't have to worry about telling him what I needed taken care of. I was able to say hello, that I was so happy to see him, that I needed the inside and outside taken care of, and what I had seen. He took care of everything, and I was very happy!
