Amazing service from start to finish ordered a few dresses for an up coming wedding all of them beautiful which makes it hard to choose. Unfortunately one was faulty on arrival but I used the whatsapp chat function which was answered immediately and issue sorted and refunded with in minutes. Highly recommend for customer Service and quality of the dresses

I found Goddiva brand by coincidence, it has the most wonderful and stylish dresses I've ever seen. True sizes, classy styles, and brilliant service. You don't need to think twice when you buy goddiva dresses. Higly recommended, its my No.1 style from now on.

The dress I purchased arrived faulty with a tare in the seam - however after getting into contact with the care team via WhatsApp I managed to get this exchanged promptly and my replacement is arriving tomorrow. Thank you for your help. The only thing that’s a little bit annoying is I see the dress is now 30% off and it would have been nice to have this honoured considering the dress was faulty, but perhaps this isn’t within their policy! Can’t wait to wear the gorgeous (fully intact) dress at the weekend.

Been hunting for ages for a suitable dress for upcoming wedding. Sent loads back as description didi not match the item. I then fell upon Goddiva.
My dress is absoloutely stunning, the colour, shape, fit was on point ( I am short so had to get it taken up).

Absolutely amazing customer services . I have been buying from this store since the past few years and get so many compliments . Had a problem with one of the dresses and once brought to their notice they immediately refunded the full amount of the dress without any fuss. Was absolutely amazed and will continue to buy from my favourite store 😀

This store is truly amazing, the service has a WhatsApp channel that you can communicate with staff, and they were so amazing and helpful. The order was detained in costumes for a while and they help to move things along and even refund me the extra I paid for quick delivery (although it was not their fault it was DHL and costumes delay) and after that the dress that did not fit me well they help me to an easy return and gave me a quick refund. I was quite impressed with the overall experience. And the dresses are beautiful and have a lot of volume. The only thing that was a little on the downside is the jacquard fabric in one of the dresses was itchy. Apart from that everything is great.

“I paid for the ‘Next Day Before 1pm’ delivery option because I reasonably understood this to mean delivery before 1pm the following day. Goddiva explained afterwards that ‘before 1pm’ actually refers to the order cut-off, not the delivery time. Whilst I understood this, and knew my order would be dispatched Friday as the order was placed Wednesday evening, I expected it to arrive before 1pm Friday due to that wording. It came after 5pm and I had already left for my holiday which the item was for. I found the service name itself misleading and despite raising it directly, Goddiva didn’t care or take note of my points and didn’t want to make it right. I won’t be shopping with them again, and based on reviews about the quality of their items it looks like I’m not missing out on much. Such a poor customer experience.

Today I accidentally made a purchase to the incorrect address, I got in touch with Goddiva straight away via wats app they were unable to change the delivery address but offered a full refund inc delivery charge and within 15 minutes this was done

With the exception of my parcel being delayed, I reached out because I accidentally ordered the same item twice (once with a discount and once without) I emailed on the weekend and within 24 hours I had a reply and they had sorted it all out for me. I didn’t even have to explain that they should keep the one with the discount. They were so helpful and I really appreciated it. Thanks customer service team!
