Their customer services are 5 star. They sent me a return QR code within minutes of me telling them of my problem returning a dress. ✨️

I ordered a dress through ASOS and it was beautiful, fit perfectly and it was great quality. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I ordered it on next day delivery not realising goddiva ship it separately and they didn't ship it next day so I didn't receive it in time so I have had to return it. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic dresses , and great value for money as they look far more expensive than the price tag . I returned some items and made a mistake on the return by sending to a partner brand . The customer service I received was fantastic. Shout out to Noel who resolved this quickly.

Lovely clothes but bizarre returns process. I rarely have to pay return shipping with other companies but find it bizarre that they also require you to pay for it as a separate transaction rather than take it out of the refund?

Edit: the reply I have recieved doesn't really give any explanation other than if you dont want to pay for returns then you have to pay us for a subscription! Lovely dress but don't think I'd order again unless I was certain I was keeping it

Returns were easy but it did take a little longer than expected for a refund. I emailed and the refund was sorted the same day. We have reordered the dress in another size as it was amazing quality 😁

Purchased a long floaty dress for a wedding abroad, dress was absolutely fabulous, as described, stunning in colour, detail & material.
Needed a smaller size and then alterations to length, the service from start to finish with customer service staff was timely & factual, they delivered a fantastic service.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

The website is really easy to navigate, the dresses are beautiful and well made and are suitable for tall ladies. Customer Service is excellent, they get back to you within 24 hours and are very helpful. I had an issue with dpd for a return and godiva were excellent chasing this for me. I would sefo recommend this company

The dress was just perfect. It's perfect with my 4" heel, I was good to go.

Can’t believe how cheap looking both dresses were! It was the cheapest material with no lining. Was creased and looked awful. I did not bother trying it on. The other dress of slightly better quality but honestly I would expect more from SHEIN.

I had a great experience with Goddiva customer service. I bought a dress that was a perfect fit and excellent quality. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the zip, which caused me a bit of stress.
I contacted customer service, and they responded immediately. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and sent me a return label straight away so I could arrange a refund.
I’m very happy with how everything was handled, and my overall experience with the company has been excellent. I would definitely buy from Goddiva again in the future.
