Bhavna helped me get approved fast for a2p

HORRIBLE Customer Service – problem was never resolved

I was passed around from rep to rep and NEITHER one of them resolved the issue. Then, the problem was escalated to "Senior Phone/Email Support Specialist, Jude Alexis" who
1. Failed to properly review the problem.
2. Send me an email today saying he "resolved" the issue – when he did NOT resolve it AT ALL.
3. Closed the ticket without justification, leaving this issue unresolved and having to reach out to support YET AGAIN.

This is SO unprofessional.
