Gurvinder was super patient with the fact that i have minimal technical experience and took his time to explain different terms to me such as CRM, SVG. and although i assume it was basic knowledge to him, he took the time to explain each gohighlevel function to me. i appreciate his patience, and understanding. As far as Gohighlevel itself, i want to give a lower rating just for the simple fact that the design and user interface of the website is structured for experienced individuals with much more technological knowledge than the average person. i would suggest maybe explanatory AI agent or sidebar which explains the purpose, function, creation, and implementation of each tool, section, or topic of the page. example - Funnels, White Label, DNS Record, CNAME, datalinks, Schema Markup, SEO, Etc.
