Three years ago, I bought a golden curl hair straightener, and unfortunately, it has now broken. But then I remembered that I had a warranty on it. After contacting customer support and they confirmed that the number on the hair straightener was the number needed to redeem the warranty, I sent my hair straightener back and they sent me a new one, which was really worth it because I had been thinking about buying a new one, but this way I saved a lot of money. all went really quickly and they responded quickly and everything was great. So it arrived too. Looks good.
