Best Hair Curler EVER!
This is absolutely the best hair accessory I have ever bought. Im 55 and I have tried all sorts! My hair is soft, fine, very straight and wouldn't hold curls until Golden curl! The curls last for a few days. So impressed. Would definitely recommend. Also the company are great, respond to enquires straight away and really helpful. Love my wand.

Excellent customer service, they honoured the 5-year warranty internationally!
I’m from Portugal and bought my Golden Curl straightener around two years ago at a stand in Berlin. Recently, the straightener stopped working properly. I contacted Golden Curl, and even though I purchased it abroad, they honoured the 5-year warranty and sent me a brand-new one.
I’m really happy with how everything was handled. The straightener is amazing – it leaves my hair smooth, shiny, and styled all day long. I truly appreciate the quality of the product and the professionalism of the customer support.
Highly recommend – great brand and great service!

I contacted Golden Curl by email and received a response immediately – even though it was the weekend. I returned the old straightener, they sent me a link, I paid 25 euros, and a few days later, a brand-new straightener arrived. Important: don’t forget to register your warranty. Excellent customer service – thank you very much!

Best warranty
I had an issue with the hair straightener as it suddenly stopped turning on. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly efficient. They immediately sent me a replacement. Hatice, the customer service representative, was absolutely fantastic. She handled everything quickly and professionally. Truly great support!

I bought a curler on a event
I bought a curler on a event. But when I came home I found out they gave me the wrong box. With a curler instead of a styler. But did not receive a receipt. So I contacted the company on internet. Thank god I payd with card insteat of cash. So I could proof my buy. After three weeks I became the right styler. So my problem was solved.

You get about 1 year daily use out of these straighteners before you need a new pair.. I’m on my SECOND pair and they’ve broken. I paid over £200 for my first pair. Not really acceptable for the price. Not happy.
