This is the second time i have used Gold Monkeys. On both occasions i have been impressed with how quick they turn the quotes around. And you get what the metals are valued at.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Great communication from a lovely gentleman called Michael. The process from start to finish was second to none, perfect to say the least. From the minute I contacted gold monkeys I was impressed. I got in contact after doing a google search and I saw the reviews. I can see why. From the first message I sent with a couple of questions on Saturday I got a reply almost straight away, from a real human might I add!! No robot! I requested my pack to send off but while waiting I popped in to a local independent jeweller for them to offer more than £100 less. The very next day my pack arrived so I got on and rushed to the post office and sent it off. Gold monkeys send a special delivery pack so it arrived before 1pm the next day. I was very aware that there could be a delay in quotes etc as it’s been busy but throughout this communication they stuck to their words and contacted me later that evening with a quote. I accepted and was paid in less than 5 minutes of me accepting gold monkeys offer. I will be recommending gold monkeys to everyone I know and definitely use them again. Very quick in bank transferring the money and also an honest company. A ring I thought was platinum was actually 22 carrot gold and they were very quick in informing me. 22 carrot gold is worth a lot more than platinum

Excellent fast and very fair service. Despite gold and silver prices falling 15% they honoured their online guaranteed price which was the best quote I had received. The payment was made into my bank account within 24 hours of them receiving my items. Thank you so much.

The service is fast and the paperwork straightforward, but the process for testing jewellery is not clearly explained. My earrings were returned dismantled and missing the diamond, which caused significant upset. While the gold was valued fairly, the loss of sentimental items highlights that the website and consent forms do not make the consequences of stone removal obvious. Good customer communication could prevent this in the future.

Highly recommend, very easy to use. Paid an increased price based on gold pricing rising from minimum quote to day of receipt. Paid into bank account on the same day as acceptance of valuation.

I had a few bits of gold to sell so mentioned to my mum if she had anything she no longer wanted now is the time as sadly largely due to the wars going on around the globe the price of gold has risen considerably.

The company I have used previously for some reason were only accepting bullion coins and no scrap gold temporarily so I started researching other people to sell to.
After looking at many, researching thier policies and reviews here I decided on goldmonkeys due to their transparent policies and excellent reviews.

And I am very glad I did. I spoke to Michael on Friday as I had a couple of questions regarding my gold which he was more than happy to help with.
The prepaid envelopes arrived on Saturday, I posted the gold to them on Monday and had the money in my bank by Wednesday morning.

I really could not ask for better service and I was very happy with the money I was paid as they were better than their word. I would not hesitate to use them again and would be more than happy to recommend them friends and family.
