Would 100% recommend. So easy to do! Put my gold weight online, had a quote. Also informed the value of gold had increased since my quote, then received an amended quote. Postage bags came, sent off and an email received to say received and processing! Money was in my bank in no time. I was nervous sending a lot of gold rings, but researched and looked at the reviews! Amazing service! Absolutely seamless process. On receipt of my gold I was paid the price quoted and the funds were in my bank as soon as I accepted the offer. I was quoted 50% of the price by a high street jeweler so I’m very pleased with this service and would highly recommend for selling unwanted gold items.

Really easy to use and very quick payment

My gold and silver was received and a quote sent the day after Id sent it in the post. The quote was higher than originally given which was a nice surprise plus I got an extra £10 for sending the gold within 48hours. The payment was in my account the same day ! Very impressed with their service.

Honestly, everything went without a hitch from beginning to end. Great communication. I cannot fault anything. What was advised/promised was all honoured. In fact prices had gone up a little and so I ended up with more than I had hoped. Having never sold my jewellery before , I was apprehensive about selling online but I would not hesitate to deal with them again and also to recommend them to others.

Perfect from start to finish. Was a little concerned doing this via post vs high street but Michael and Gold Monkeys made this process as smooth as it possibly could go with outstanding communication. If your considering a online gold buyer, then stick with these as you wont be disappointed!!

A very trustworthy company. I sent them an item that I thought wasn't very valuable, and they were honest, valuing it much more and even updating the gold price, which had risen in the days between sending and receiving the envelope. Excellent service. I recommend them and wish them much success.
