Came in yesterday as my got served by Evie she was extremely helpful helping me pick out something nice for myself. Very friendly service with a lovely smile. Would recommend going to see her for any help you need to pick out a nice piece of jewellery

I rang up today 3006/26

I rang up today 3006/26, when average gold prices for 18ct are £63-£71 and 9ct are £34 and was offered £54.26 and £27.85. Very poor I am afraid. I will go elsewhere

Keira served us today

Keira served us today, and for a young girl she was more than polite. She was apologising for keeping us while she tested our gold, especially as it was so warm. I will always use gold reserves, and particularly ask for Keira. Well done Keira thank you for your help today. Julie Johnson
