I've dealt with Golf Avenue on numerous occasions and have always had a positive experience whether it be ordering, trading or returning items. They're quick to respond to correspondence. The products are always as described or even better. I highly recommend these guys, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Golf Avenue offers fir prices on your trade-ins.
They have a variety of pre-owned clubs plus other golf products/accessories at very competitive prices.
They ship your orders promptly and the buyer does not have to wait for their order(s) to arrive.
Most products are in excellent condition.
And finally "free shipping on orders above $199.00" is a further incentive.
The service was great1
The service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. They delivered what they promised and the trade in of my golf clubs was easy. In my opinion they paid top dollar for my irons. I would use them again in the blink of an eye.
Great Experience
I found the club I wanted. The customer service was great. It shipped immediately, arrived on time, well packaged and in great condition, exactly as stated on the Golf Avenue site. Love the club!
“New” putter? I think not!
Ordered a “new” putter. Received a used one. They claimed I ordered used. I never received, even asking several times, an order sheet or a credit card receipt.
I would avoid ordering anything “new” from them.
Golf Avenue the best in its field
Great inventory and competitive pricing. Outstanding trade in values. Great customer service.
My second time ordering
My second time ordering, my Titleist driver came in even better condition than I expected, at an unbeatable/impossible price, shipped and in my hands in exactly 24hrs!!
I'm super happy with the club, and will place a third order, thanks so much, you've been the talk of the town at my work place.

Great service and products
Golf products are less expensive from Golfavenue. Items are shipped promptly and are received quickly. Their trade in program is very good. I have bought and traded with them several times and am extremely happy with their golf products and service. The only thing I would like to make their service even better would be for them to change grips on clubs when requested.

Great price but trade-in concerns
I gave 3 star which is the average of two elements:
- 5 star for price
- 1 star for trade-in practices
UPDATED to 4-star in trade in practice. See below
INITIAL POSTING
Price was great for T400 irons on a Labour day sale. Best I had seen, by far.
I wished to send in my SLDR irons as trade-ins.
As the system works, you pay for their used clubs immediately without seeing them, trusting their pictures, but they do not give the trade-in immediately at purchase. They have to see them. This is understandable, because I guess some people try to unload bad stuff on them. Thus, you pay first, and they pay later ... maybe! Even though I believe my SLDR trade-ins are in good shape, I did not want to be in a position to return the clubs purchased because I was unhappy with the trade-in value actually given!
Why this concern? The problem is that this Trustpilot review site has 30% of negative reviews on the company. A few cases are of products not in line with their pictures, but many are linked to the value given to the trade ins. So I attempted to contact them via chat before the purchase. After 72 h and 2 attempts (one in French and one in English), my third chat attempt was successful. I asked to do the same as them. I would send in my pictures, or even have a Zoom meeting, so they could see my material. This was in the hope of obtaining the trade-in value at the time I was paying for theirs. This was unacceptable to them. Ultimately I did not go ahead with the purchase, in what is a case of mutual mistrust over the trade-ins. In my mind, they do not have a way 1) to identify clients who are genuinely trading in good used material and 2) to reassure clients of their own good faith. For example, when I asked them, in the chat, what is the ratio (%) of trade-ins where they actually give the total amount promised at the purchase time ... they failed to give a number, stating that they always do. That is not what the Trustpilot reviews say ! Not reassuring. Too bad, because this was a great deal for both of us (they would give me $250 for my SLDR, but sell them at $599).
UPDATE 2023-09-07
Following this review, I was contacted by the Canadian GolfAvenue representatives. I was able to have a Teams meeting with their specialist and show him my clubs. It was enlightening to learn what were the main problems that affect the trade-in values, and how a single iron having a big defect becomes a big issue; I was given the % of times this happens. It reassured me, since my clubs did not have them. But the video approach was not ideal for him to appraise my equipment. High-definition pictures would probably be better for this purpose. For example, he failed to see the “Speed pocket” material on my SLDR irons, which would be a major problem. My own conclusion after the talk was that my irons from 4 to 7 were in “very good” condition, but only “good” condition from 8 and down. I do not know how this will result in the trade-in value, and I fear I might not get the total potential value.
In summary, the Canadian Golf Avenue group, has a very good system in which you can present your clubs to them and have an indication of their “goodness”. I found them genuinely interested in giving me a good client experience, and to be professional. But am still unsure of the trade-in value I will get. The good point to this “apparent severity” is that I now trust that when they state the clubs they sell are in “good” shape, this is very much the case. Also, they serve both French and English clients; much appreciated. I should now adjust my evaluation to "4 star for trade-in".

Broken cobra driver
Bought a new cobra driver in 2019.Lasted 2 years and it broke. When i called to complain,i got no satisfaction whatsoever. When i told the representative, that in 40 years, this is the first time a club lasted only 2 years...........he told me i should be happy it only happened once?? Thought he may offer me a good deal on a new club, but he refused. Will never deal there again

Inspect the received clubs
Ordered 3 clubs the driver was listed as "good" upon receipt and inspection the shaft near the hosel was damaged. A 2mm by .3mm chunk of carbon fiber was missing and had loose fibers as well as cracks in both directions from the area of the missing piece. Was offered $50 towards a new shaft. Choose to return and had to pay return shipping even though it was due to their failure. A "Good" condition should not have a shaft with chunks missing, hairline cracks, and loose fibers.

Good price driver rip off trade in
Price of the driver I purchased was very good, but the trade in part is flawed. I admitted I missed an email from Nicolas (whoever that is) so I missed my chance to get my club back that was rejected. I didn't know the transactions was completed until I check my PayPal account. My M4 driver was in good shape, probably really good and there is no way I should have gotten nothing for it. I am sure they have some wholesale company they use for rejected clubs, but when I told my league team about it they knew I got ripped off. Who "disposes" of a Taylormade M4 driver? Live and learn.
