I bought a 5 wood and after hitting it a few times the head had a rattle in it
A friend of mine took the shaft out and removed some stuff from the head. After a few rounds the rattle came back. I emailed Golf Avenue
They are sending me another club.

Purchased shoes that were the wrong size, called to start return process and was told final sale. At time of purchase there was nothing indicating final sale. First and last time I will use golf avenue. Golf avenue needs to review this policy or be upfront on the fact the website was changed.

The driver we got in the first delivery was damaged. They replaced it and all is well.

Ordered a brand new set of Srixon ZX7 irons as my first purchase through golf avenue for a steal of a price and received them 2 business days later shipping from Montreal to Vancouver. The irons were packaged with care and labeled “fragile” on the box. They were exactly as shown on the website with the heads and grips still wrapped in original plastic. Thank you Golf Avenue!

Received brand new 2021 M4 irons in two days. Advertised as open box but still wrapped in plastic. $150 cheaper than anyone else. Also great price for trade in for my 716 AP1s. Better than anyone else. Waiting for the trade shipping package to ship back. Called them prior to purchase and was able to speak to someone immediately and confirmed that the pictures were of actual items. Great company. Will do business with them again as long as my trade in gets credited as quoted.

This is my go-to online golf store. I was skeptical at first but when I tried trading in my old clubs, it could not have been easier. Golf Avenue provides absolutely everything you need to make the process painless. The variety of clubs available for purchase is terrific and the shipping is fast. This is the way golf club trade-in is supposed to work.

Traded in some clubs, relieved a store credit that they then zeroed out with asking. Customer service took nearly two weeks to respond to my inquiry and then offered no reason for the decision to zero my store credits. Great selection of clubs but beware of trading in.
