Ordered 5 litre blueberrry drinks and a packet of crisps.
Received 4 x 330ml kids drinks and a packet of crisps.
Called and emailed several times no reply spent £18 no refund no explanation.

Definitely won't be recommending or using again. Worst experience in many many years online shopping zero stars.

Some items were out of stock so rather than refund me for those items they sent me 2 of something i had already ordered, but I didn't want 2 I only wanted one. Also 2 items were missing and i was charged for them. I sent an email to you via your website almost a week ago now and still haven't received a response. UPDATE: Got a call today from Jem who has hopefully sorted out my issues and I am awaiting delivery of the missing items. Thank you Jem

The courier company delivered to the wrong address. I informed Goodness Direct and Jem contacted me, not only did they redeliver they gave extra packets. This was sorted quickly and efficiently by Jem. The products were a present and the recipient said they were delicious.

I am back with updates on 13/09/2021 I leave here an review with 1star after this review I received a phone call where they try to explain everything what happened and in one or 2 days my parcel was send....latter one I've been called and asked if I can change my review about this company I did explain was not professional what they did and in the end they offered me an extra few teas for free in exchange of my experience with them just because the person which I was talking to was very kind and explain everything I give them now 5 stars but I am not sure still if this was just an case because they have a problem or maybe if I never did my complaint probably I never had my products I don't know that....in the end I am happy because everything was sorted.

Struggled to find Brown bread gluten free flour anywhere in the shops so did an online search and came across Goodnessdirect. Great selection, reasonably priced and good service, arrived promptly and the little feebie was a nice touch.
