The staff member, Kevin,was very knowledgeable about the coat that I require. He looked up the item on the phone to review on the internet site. Walked us over to the men's coat section and found said coat. Very positive experience. Will now return to the store to purchase other items as we have received first class service.

Everything instore was well laid out and easy to find. Staff were attentive and helpful. Paying was quick and easy. Everyone was happy to be there which was better than some other stores where it's hard to find a staff member. I'll definitely be back..

Stock seemed erratically distributed
Stock seemed erratically distributed, with the stock on a rail not actually related to the price label displayed.
However, Elliott (from the Millets shop) helped us and with his expert knowledge and advice we were able to choose what we were after.

A great experience yesterday at…
A great experience yesterday at Barnstaple’s new go outdoors store. We went in to buy some walking boots and were served by Ben. He was so helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed to purchase the boots I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very knowledgeable about the different options. Thank you and we will definitely be back for some outdoor gear. The store was very laid out and had lots to look at.

Good service and choice of products
Wide choice of products which enabled us to get everything we needed. Ben served us today. Gave us space and time for us to try on boots and discuss but was close at hand so he could help us further and give advice.

What a lovely difference compared to a large sports store I had just visited to help my mum find a pair of walking boots.
