We were welcomed to the store upon entering. We found a member of staff called Mark who went and above and beyond to make sure we were well informed about the product and showed us the different options available and what discounts the store currently had on offer.

The service we received this morning in store by a young lady “Mariam” was first class. We were trying to buy some shoes. The size was not available, but she remembered that she had processed a product return earlier of the size required.

Staff member updated the system in store to show the item had been collected, when I hadn’t been to store. I had to waste quite an amount of time with head office and store (mainly really long queue times!) to get it resolved.
Lady who resolved in the end was very helpful, but I’d wasted almost an hour by that point.

Went to go outdoors as I wanted help and advice about taking my disabled wife fishing, I was served by a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Andy who gave me time and patience advising me what I needed, where we could fish and how to get there.
We will need more fishing tackle and I will definitely return.

Item faulty when used for 1st time. Returned to store, unfortunately lost receipt but could locate purchase from membership card. No stock in store, staff unable to order it in for me as replacement, given gift card to buy when in stock but can't use it online to buy product so will have to keep going to the shop. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Have complained via customer services. Whole process really disappointing.

Mariam's service was excellent and the price I paid for quality products was great.

Mariam served us while shopping for hiking boots. She was so attentive and her advice was excellent, going above and beyond with tips to ward off blisters. Great and rare customer experience

Mariam was a super helpful shop assistant who gave me excellent service and advice.
My only disappointment was the limited range of boots… this is of course beyond Mariam’s control so if it was a review only for her it would be 5 stars

Mariam was great! She helped us find a pair of wellies and was super knowledgeable about the footwear section.

Went to purchase a few small items and collect an order at the same time. Staff were genuinely helpful. Mariam, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful. If only all interactions with staff at this store were as good as this. Mostly, I’d say they are, but there have been exceptions! So… full credit to Mariam, who made the whole experience straightforward and delightful. Thank you!

What fantastic service we got from Mariam today int he Bristol shop. She assisted us with trying to find suitable shoes for my husband both in your shop and then when you didn’t have the correct size phoned to see if she could hold a pair at another branch.
We then bought shoes for myself and needed to renew our card and again Mariam was extremely helpful sorting out making sure the new card was working on his phone.
It made shopping on a very hot day a pleasant one.

I'd just like to say how helpful Robin was in the shoe department today. I was needing walking shoes and he was very helpful and was great with advice too, on fit and how to lace. Tis rare these days for assistants to go the extra mile..thanks Robin! I wouldn't have had the same experience on-line... !! I came away with two pairs!! 😀

Dhruv the goat he put up with all my annoying questions. Got everything I needed for my hiking trip in one go.

Item we wanted was in stock, and several members of staff were very helpful. The shop was clean and when it was a bit busy, a member of staff opened another till. Mia at the till and Maryrie on the shop floor we very kind and knowledgeable.

Went in an hour before closing and despite the fact there were lots of customers still browsing we were still very well looked after :) thank you to Mia and Marysia for all your help !! Lovely friendly customer service <3
