GO Outdoors - Bristol Reviews 

I came today with my teenage son to Go outdoors Bristol Tramway Rd to buy some walking shoes and been served by young girl name Mariam. We been trying at least 5 pairs different shoes and Mariam was very kind smiling supportive and patient with us even if she was serving other people same time . I wish we have more people in the shops like Mariam who with care and smile are there for customers 🤩😍

Mariam was awesome. Super smiley, friendly and helpful.

I asked her to fetch me lots of different footwear and she did it with a smile and happiness.

Came in to store at go outdoors in Bristol for some water proof boots for our grandson. We were welcomed by Mariam in footwear. She was very helpful in choosing some boots. We were also helped by Kerrie with advice. Excellent service from all staff, will be back.

Me and my daughter had a great experience at Go Outdoors in Bristol. We were buying my daughters first horse riding clothing and Zoe was super helpful and instructing us on what to buy and ensuring we had the correct fit for her helmet and boots. Her detailed knowledge of the equipment really helped. Heidi processed our purchases at the desk and was very helpful in instructing us on benefits we could apply in order to better manage the cost.

I want to thank Mariam for being so incredibly helpful today. I don’t quite know how she did it but having only momentarily glanced at the shoe I was asking for in a certain size, she went away and came back with the exact one. You were so helpful and smiley - thank you again!

I went in to see if I could find walking shoes for my daughter. Mariam was so helpful and friendly, helping check the fit was right. She found the perfect pair, which also happened to be on the sale. I was so pleased I had a look for my son too and Mariam helped with fitting him. Great service.

Marysia was friendly and helpful. There was a minor imperfection with my coat so she kindly gave me a reduction. Love the Bristol store, always clean and tidy with lovely staff. Thanks to all the staff.

I wanted to take a moment to recognise Marisa at GO Outdoors Brislington for providing genuinely exceptional customer service.

From the moment we approached the till, Marisa was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, professional and clearly passionate about making sure customers leave happy.

What particularly impressed us was her excellent product knowledge, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another transaction, which is something you rarely see in retail these days.

Marisa is a real credit to GO Outdoors. Her customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to make customers feel genuinely valued are exactly what every retail business should strive for.

Went to GoOutdoors for footwear for hiking/walking. Marysia greeted us with a smile and was very natural, chatting and learnt what we needed and recommended even better shoes than we expected compared with the idea we had when we came to the store.

Got a film recommendations and a lovely note too!

Excellent experience from kerrie and Sarah both made me welcome and valued.

Easy online ordering. Requested in store pick up. Goods were available later the same day. The member of staff that gave me my order was polite, friendly, and genuinely interested in the items I’d bought and where I was going to use them.

I still do not have the bike that I purchased a month ago now. I have since been to the store twice and called multiple times and no one is able to give me further information. The bike is still just sat in the maintenance area without being looked at.

I went to bath Rd branch today to purchase a few fishing related items the gentleman who served me Andy was most helpful with a few questions that I asked him . I do like shopping at stores where the staff are polite and friendly

Visited the fishing section today managed to get everything I needed great service and local knowledge from andy
