popped in earlier in the week to try and source a repair to my Sendero 4 tent pole following storm damage. Met Luke who was massively helpful, and recommended popping back in to size up the poles so we got the correct one. Again Luke a massive help today with sourcing stuff to repair tent poles. Very impressed with customer service and definitely will be shopping here again

I visited your Cheltenham store to pick up some last minute camping supplies. I had some issues with my membership and couldn’t access online due to the lack of signal. At the till I was served by Luke. As I explained my membership situation Luke was quick with the solutions and resolved my issues promptly. I was very impressed with Luke’s customer service as well as all their support that they offered not being pushy at all and very friendly. In all of this I had forgotten the gas for my new stove, once again Luke saved the day by suggesting if I needed gas. All in all what began as a stressful experience was soon turned around by the wonderful staff.
I would recommend suggesting to customers that they sign up to membership at the till rather than online.

I was served by Gus at the Cheltenham shop and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done Gus, we will be coming back.

They went out of their way to search the store when I was in a full on man-flap having forgotten my tent poles.

Neil and Luke were super helpful and made our trip really easy when we lost our tent poles at Fantasy Forest! Really recommend for anything you need to go camping

Today I tried on several items of clothing and looked for other items too. Staff member Luke was exceptionally helpful finding sizes and making helpful suggestions. Luke really knew the stock well, and was able to talk in detail about the merchandise. Luke is a credit to your store.

I was in your Cheltenham shop last Monday to ask about camping equipment. I was served by a young person named Luke. The service was excellent, she is very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and listen to my requirements even though I didn't commit to buying anything.
Together, we managed to put together a list of camping items that would be suitable.
If I can find the money, I will go ahead and buy those items. Luke was brilliant.

Andy approached me when he saw I was looking at the sandle’s . . He made sure that I was aware of the 2 prices and informed of the card scheme , enabling me to make an informed decision , which I did . He was very approachable and helpful
