Order has never been available for collection and I have been unable to cancel the order so far. Getting no luck from Customer Services or the store directly. Not impressed

I took my bike in for a some repairs…
I took my bike in for a some repairs and a service. Jordan couldn't have been more helpful. He got the bike back on the road and gave me advice on how to maintain my bike. Great service all round.

Fantastic service

Both Brian and Rebecca was extremely helpful and polite, Brian also helped bring all the items through the till and into my car for me. I really felt he went above and beyond for me today in order to get the issue sorted as the main part of the bundle being the tent was no unavailable online.
