Cribbs store - 5* for Viv!
Popped into the Cribbs Causeway store to buy some camping items for my son’s DofE expedition. Viv greeted us warmly, guided us to what we needed (we got everything we came in for) and helped us check out. Absolutely brilliant and what an exceptional member of staff!

Needed some walking shoes
Needed some walking shoes. Great selection at Go Outdoors with comfortable relaxed area for trying them on. Viv was very helpful in discussing my option to take a pair home and walk around in my house in them to finally decide.

New equipment bought and staff excellence
Popped into buy some new equipment for a camping trip today. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at pointing to where the equipment was and Viv helping me at the till was lovely! disappointed with the company Go…
Very disappointed with the company Go Outdoors initially. But appeased at the check out by a member of staff. Viv was able to let me use a 10% discount, and with a very pleasant manner. She seemed to be really enjoying her job and very aware of how concerned I was, being a good customer of GoOutdoors, and succeeded in talking me into completing my purchase, having initially missing out on a members discount online, as they're systems were at fault.
