Knowledgeable friendly staff
I needed to buy a fully waterproof coat and was given really constructive advice by the gentleman who served me (I didn’t get his name though). He was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Cristina served me at the till and again gave a professional friendly service.

Today I went to Go Outdoors at Doncaster knowing I would struggle to find the perfect footwear as I have big issues in what I need and can wear for work. I was served by Jess .P who was fantastic. Replacement Merrell shoes
Went for some replacement Merrell hiking shoes, will only buy Merrell as they have the arch support built in, not a lot to choose from and didn’t have my size in one of the pairs I wanted to try, but did manage to get a pair.
Every one was very pleasant, overall a very good experience.

Did not have a good selection of water proof trousers in my size of 34 and the short length seems to have disappeared from the universe as well gor all waist sizes.
