Amazing service
I visited the Doncaster store yesterday for some walking boots for several treks I have planned. I was served by Jess, who went through several different options with me to see which would suit me the best. Nothing was too much trouble and recommended a pair of boots which felt fantastic. More impressively, they did very much look after me on price as well. I’ve even included them in a LinkedIn post I was that impressed with the service.

All the staff were really helpful
All the staff were really helpful, my son wanted some carp fishing equipment and John assisted with ensuring we had the correct items. We will definitely visit again.

Shout out to Leah
Visted the Doncaster store today to buy a few bits, ended with a lot more than I can carry. I left a pile of stuff at the till and kept shopping. When I was finished a woman called Leah had put everything in a trolley for me and had already scanned it all to save me waiting. I gave her my discount card and she noticed my blue light card and asked if I had one and told me I could use that to get even more money off. (I didnt realise I could use this in store).
Leah was very helpful and approachable. Thanks for the help 🙂

Did click and collect and had an issue…
Did click and collect and had an issue as the charge that went through was the full retail price. However explained this to the staff member and she sorted everything out so we were able to have member price. I wish I had noted her name as she was so helpful.

Helpful lady called Arti.
Just had to give a review on Go Outdoors and the very very helpful young lady called Arti. I am recovering from a broken knee and needed some sturdy comfortable walking shoes. I tried on at least 15 pairs but none suited my knee - she was so helpful and understanding and kept showing me lots of shoes to help me of which I was very grateful even though I never purchased any I will go back because of Arti. A credit to the company.
