As ever the staff at my local Erdington store were extremely helpful and friendly.

Unpleasant environment.

Great store, staff were amazing. Fox helped get our daughter set up with a bike that fit here and took extra care for getting it set up before we left the store. Sophie helped get the rest of our camping gear set and couldn’t be more helpful.

Went it for a few things for summer and was served by Shauni. She was super helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you Shauni!

After getting all the camping stuff out of storage I headed over to go outdoors with a long list of things I needed to replace and from the moment I walked in my stress and anxiety disappeared Emma was helpful in helping and advising me on the best items her customer service was top tier great help thanks ☺️

I had a great experience at GO Outdoors Erdington recently. The store was well-stocked with a wide range of outdoor gear, and everything was easy to find.

What really made the visit stand out was the excellent customer service. A staff member named Siobhan was especially helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about their customers.

Overall, a really positive shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality outdoor equipment and great service.

I just love this store! It’s my go-to shop because I know I’ll always receive the best service. A special shout-out to Emma, who was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. It was a scorcher of a day, but all the staff were working so hard and still delivered superb customer service. Well done, guys!

We visited Go Outdoors in Erdington. Andrew was very helpful and succeeded in selling us three pairs of shoes! We were impressed with his friendliness and professionalism.

I was recently served by Fox Liviu and just wanted to acknowledge his excellent customer service, he really went the extra mile and is a credit to the Erdington Go Outdoors store.

Me and my family we are regular customers too this Store in Erdington branch.
On this occasion i went with my boys to purchase 3 helmets and some other items which they didn’t have in stock .a lovely staff male, Fox Liviu, which is very very helpful and he really knows his stuff in go outdoor store .

We went round 5- 5:30 pm 23 /05 /2026 we were treated with racism language by a manager called Sam Colier - Store Manager shouting to a staff member taking him away from us also i have to mention that this conversation between manger and staff put my autistic son into a distress for what reason?
For been a regular costumer to this shop

I will get this higher up to main quarters asap .
As we live in a democratic country and no one needs to be treated as that .
All the costumers had a shock as the language used by manager to staff member was inappropriate and very vulgar .

In this shop the staff they never smiled to a costumer and they hidden and passing time they however what they do not understand is that they are just a staff and any thing can be replaced.

The goods I bought were excellent. I used the click & collect service. The problem I had was that I never received an email to say the goods were ready for collection. Despite multiple looks in my inbox and junk folders. I eventually obtained the goods after my brother popped into the store with the order number when he was passing.

I was served by shauni on the 18th May, customer service by her was not only professional, caring and sweet but funny and helpful!
People should recognise that !

I was greeted at the door and immediately had attention from Fox showed me a variety of waterproof trousers, no pressure. Served by Sophie with a friendly, helpful nature. Service at its best.

Extremely quick and helpful, swapping gas bottles. Sophie helped me understand and I was out the door with the right stuff in no time.

Went to buy things for our campervan trip, got everything sorted, went to look for some walking boots, Sam W was a great help ,thanks

Had my bike serviced by Mr FOX a wealth of knowledge and perfectionist in his field just wat every cyclist needs thank you

Wanted a bike seat, went to Halfords but they only had 1 hard junior one.

Went to GoOutdoors and assistant Fox Livili came over took us to where they were. Explained the difference in the seats available to my son.

He then fitted it on the seat support for us and explained how to check if it was correctly positioned.

Picked up an order too which had to be refunded so my scout discount could be applied. No fuss, easy to rectify and we left very happy customers.

Great store wanted a bike trailer couldn't find one anywhere in stock halfords etc etc all online, I wanted to actually see one.
Then tried go outdoors bike section and BOOM the assistant Fox Liviu was quick to show me one and answered all my technical questions, this young mans knowledge and attitude and attention to detail is admiral and a credit to the store putting the customers satisfaction first.

Will be returning and would highly recommend the bike section in particular and the store also has everything on 2 floors that you could possibly want ,could have spent a few hours there but wanted to get home to try my new trailer, which is perfect, thanks Fox Liviu
